I recently had the opportunity to visit Five Guys for the first time, and I was blown away by the excellent service and delicious food. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-staffed. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great dining experience.
Of course, the real star of the show was the food. I ordered a burger and a hotdog, and both were absolutely delicious. The burgers were made with fresh, high quality beef and cooked to perfection. The hotdogs were also excellent, with a great smoky flavor. The toppings were all fresh and added a great depth of flavor to the dishes.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys Chicago and would definitely recommend it to others. The great service and excellent burgers and hotdogs make it a standout option for fast food dining.
Well, this Five Guys in Chicago was much better than one in Virginia. Service was good and food was good and they have clean toilet. Franchise chain and you never know what to get.
I wish I could give this location more stars. I never ate at Five Guys before but tried this location out after moving to the neighborhood. The staff was so polite and understanding after I picked up my order a little late. They even cooked me a fresh batch of fries so that the food was fresh when I got home. Highly recommended.
A little bacon burger and fry will run you about $13. The menu is a la carte so you can order a burger, shake, or fries. The burger was messy and deliciously satisfying. The fries were equally good, not greasy and salted to perfection. The staff were friendly and moved the orders quickly. This is a burger spot you want to stumble across.
Darrel is a legend! The whole team is great there and we’re pleasant to interact with. Darrel just added a touch of excellent service that we don’t often get. Especially on a Monday.
The staff inadvertently allowed someone else to take my completed order and when I went back for it, it was gone. But the manager knew who took it (they were still there) and told him that he knew the order wasn't his, why would he do that? She did another order for me (because the guy was going to give it back-of course I didn't want it anymore) and she said she was not going to make me take it. She made another complete order with extra meat and a drink.

Consistently good service with a tasty Five Guys double bacon cheese burger with grilled peppers, lettuce and tomato topping with complimentary in shell peanuts. Great location to fuel up before catching the CTA Green to Blue trains to O'Hare airport. Washed it down with a bottle of water I needed to drain before arriving to TSA.
Great fries, healthy portions, but a little on the pricey side
First time at this Five Guys and like most of them received a delicious cheeseburger and fries. Service was friendly and my burger was delivered exactly as ordered. It was absolutely amazing, juicy, moist, deliciousness with thick but crunchy bacon. The fries are good. Don't forget to snack on the peanuts. Service was quick and our burger was perfect with all the extra fixings.
It's five guys, good burgers that always meet your expectations. Always order the small fries as they'll throw in a lot of extra fries in your bag. It's not the best burger shop but it's consistent among its different locations. Much better than McDonald's, burger king, Carl's jr or any other big chain.
Never disappointed when I go here. I don't regularly eat burgers from fast-food chains or very often. But Five Guys is one of two go-tos in the city. My favorite is the Little Cheeseburger - "All the Way." Food is always consistently well prepared and staff members are always friendly and fun. Glad to be able to dine in and enjoy the peanuts again!
