I visited in search of familiar flavors and was delighted by my choice. The food, promptly prepared, was delicious, offering excellent value for the portion sizes. A highlight was their exceptional avocado sauce, which perfectly accentuated the South American tastes. While I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, the diverse menu options have piqued my curiosity for future visits. This place is definitely on my list for a fantastic Sunday outing!

Great Venezuelan food specially the Arepas, I recommend the Pelua, Sifrina, and After party the empanadas are always a great choice too, if you want a traditional dish try the Pabell贸n, to drink you can also get Chicha, Papelon or Chocolate milkshake. Teque帽os are a must have for entry.

The drinks were fantastic, I really enjoyed the tart lemonade, the guava hit the spot on a hot day.
The food itself was super solid as well and wow was it a lot! Very filling. If you order an Arepa come hungry! Both versions we had were stuffed full and loved them.

Cute Venezuelan restaurant! When I went it was fairly empty, so service was fast. I ordered the vegan arepa with tofu, beans and plantains. It was good, but it was too full to try all the flavors together

Delicious authentic Venezuelan food at a reasonable price.
Most of the menu is gluten free and they have many vegetarian options. The outside seating is great; however there is not much protection from the sun.
The restaurant was really clean, as was the bathroom - an individual locking room. The staff were very friendly and the food was very flavorful and unique - it's easy to find something you like here even if you're new to this good genre like I am
This restaurant has a bring your own beer and wine policy. They serve soda and coffee, but no alcohol - they will provide you with a glass for your beer or wine.

Beautiful restaurant, the venezuelan sampler is an amazing way to try different food items! The arepa reina pepiada is fire! And the cachapa and pork is out of this world馃憣馃徏

Literally the best place in the neighborhood to get your Arepas! They are delicious. And the Wednesday nights are my absolute fav! Makes it affordable for everyone. I鈥檝e been multiple times so far. And definitely recommend coming here to get some delicious Arepas. I would eat here every day if I could! The staff is also incredibly kind and helpful!

Kudos to the chefs and cooks. Wow. The food was incredible - EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious and quality ingredients, including the sauces. The shrimp tostones everyone is talking about - yea - a must try! Service was pretty slow but incredibly friendly and professional. A little bit of a tight fit but totally worth it for the deliciousness of the food they serve. Will definitely be back.

BienMeSabe always impressed me with their flavors and service. This last trip was no exception with a pet friendly outdoor seating. Shown is the Shrimp Tostones (one of my favorite menu items) and the shredded pork Maduro Patacon. The shredded pork was flavorful but a touch on the dry side. My partners shredded chicken Maduro was moist and flavorful.

If you want to eat authentic Venezuelan food, this is the place to go. Everything is so fresh and has traditional taste. I recommend you to try their Teque帽os and Chicha. But if it鈥檚 just first time trying Venezuelan food, you have to order arepas.

The tostones con camarones were amazing as well as the crab salad on arepitas. The churrasco arepa was very tasty as well and very filling. The batido de parcha was so good. Everything was delicious.

This was my first experience with Venezuelan food and it was fantastic. The service/staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were all simply amazing, very flavorful without having to be spicy at all. I am sure we will be back many times.

So, my friends and I came into Ravenswood but the restaurant we initially had plans to go to, had an event and we couldn't go. BienMeSabe was the next place with amazing reviews, so this was a pleasant mistake! The food was great! Large portions, and so satisfying. I got the cachapa with pork, and man was it so good. We also got the bienmesabe sampler and couldn't even finish it. The tostones with beef was so yummy. The arepas are HUGE and the asado negro could've fed all 4 of us! We took home so many leftovers that we had a full on dinner with the food that was leftover! I'll definitely be coming back again to try more of the food.

I鈥檝e gone to this place about 4 or 5 times. I have to say I love food here even more than other famous Venezuelan restaurants such as BocasGrill or BocasHouse.However, service has not always been pretty good and prices seem to be slidely over-price. If you want to have the prices you have, make sure all your servers are top notch! And food quality is constant. Otherwise, normalize prices. Once you achieve one of the two condition above, you鈥檒l become a 5 stars restaurant.

Good, authentic Venezuelan food. Reina pepiada (chicken avocado salad) and carne mechada arepas are my favs. The arepas are filled to overflowing. The quesillo is real, not flan. Nice job. Not quite as good as my grandmother's and my mother's food but I'll take it. Next time I'll bring some cerveza Polar to make it complete!

The fattest arepas in Chicago. They are not stingy on the fillings. Then the fillings and toppings are quite delicious. Some of the best eats in Chicago right here or take home.

I just had dinner here tonight with my friend, and everything was wonderful. From the appetizer Bienmesabe Sampler, to the Arepas Pabell贸n, the chicha and the quesillo, which was just wonderful. Our server was great, we really enjoyed talking to him. We really loved our dinner at Bienmesabe, and we will be back soon. Everything was great, you should definitely try it out.
