Really great food, yummy tequila and a nice atmosphere. The nachos were kicked up about 10 notches, plenty of meat and cheese on them and a nice portion of guacamole. Definitely one of the best nacho plates l have ever had, and l have had a lot in my life!
This place is a must when visiting Fulton Market area. I think I’ve been once strictly for drinks and it was just okay. Went back last night for food and drinks and it changed my entire perspective! Primarily for the food, we had the Tlayuda, but also for the great customer service. Our server was t
Love this place! The beer, cocktails, and food are all exceptional. Atmosphere is chill and welcoming. Highly recommend.
I Always enjoy visiting Cruz Blanca. Interesting beers and cocktails (including some really good mezcal based cocktails if that's your thing). The food is pricey for what you get but always tasty. Also Love that the patio is dog friendly! There's pros and cons of their ordering system. You order via
Beware, they include a “Restaurant Surcharge” fee of 3.25% that can be removed upon request, but most people will never notice this. This is an underhanded way of sneaking in charges and is the only reason I am deducting stars from my rating. Now onto the food and experience. The service was great.
Oh my goodness, I recently visited Cruz Blanca in Chicago and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! The atmosphere was stunning, with large windows that allowed the perfect amount of light in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Now, let's t
Visited Cruz Blanca for the first time today. It has easily earned a spot on my Top 10 Favorite Chicago Restaurants list! This food is astonishingly delicious. Definitely not your traditional Mexican food. Everything has a twist or is elevated in some way. The chips, guac, and salsas are all so fr
Wow! The food and beers from here 🔥 We thought the combination of flavors of the food went perfectly together. We’ll for sure come here again! We tried - 🌮 Barbacoa: red chile-braised short rib, árbol chile salsa, crispy onions, queso añejo, cilantro 🌮 Al Pastor: red-chile marinated & braised pork
Very delicious place to get tacos and burritos 🌯. As I am addicted to tacos, I went there twice in a week to try out a bit of everything and I wasn’t deceived. Both times the service was excellent and the food very delicious. I was a bit surprised by the fries in the steak tacos, but that unexpected
Great place for fun, innovative food, drinks, and TVs to watch sports. I wouldn’t say this is authentic Mexican food, but delicious nonetheless. Service was nice and the decor was very fun. Parking in the area on a weekend is a struggle, so go ahead and take that Uber. I recommend the avocado tosta
Lots of outdoor seating, chic interior. Excellent beer selection. Would definitely return.
Great service, s/o Yara! Walked right in and we were seated right away. The Clásica Giant Tostada was tasty and filling but still light. The beers are great and they have a beer and shot combo for 10 bucks. Not sure why it took me so long to find out about this place but I’m glad I did.
Was a 5/5 star place, but we really miss the chicken cali burrito and beer/shot combo. The Cali burrito is my favorite thing on the menu, and one of my favorite meals in the city. But now I can’t eat it because the chicken option was removed!
I am not going to say this is “authentic Mexican food” however, it is an awesome twisted delicious take on Mexican food, specially the tacos. The lamb cheeseburger taco was my favorite, I know who would have thought of this. The guacamole and chips order comes with two smalls green and red salsas.
This is a great place to stop for good Mexican food especially for the area. I also believe they own Lena Brava next door which I've also been too they are high end food. This place has a bunch of amazing drinks. A very very wide menu of unique Mexican beers and cocktails. The mezcel Marg was good.
This place is a sleeper... we weren't going to stay because of the 20 minute wait and limited menu, but it was cold outside... We went to the bar...I had the mezcal margarita. It kept me in place...bomb. Then, I ordered the toastada with mushrooms...woah... it's like a big a$$ pizza... it was SO G
We hosted a client dinner at this location and it was a lovely experience. Their dinner space has a great impressive atmosphere. Leo was our server and he was attentive and fab!! I highly recommend the ceviche, watermelon margarita, and enchiladas.
Food was great, the asada and chicken was so tender. Staff super friendly, our waiter had lots of knowledge of the draft beer.
