I would do lower, but the people here were great. For the food though, some of the items are overwhelmingly covered with Nutella. The hot chocolate was made with milk, but it still tasted like it was made with water. Over all, good.

After several tentatives, I finally had my experience at Nutella Cafe. I definitely recommend the Banana Bread + Espresso Gourmet! If you are a Nutella lover like me, don’t expect a crazy amount of Nutella in this dish (see pictures).
It is always full and I guess the order process is one of the reasons for that. Works like a Starbucks: one take first line to order, you give your name, you find a table and they come to you with your choices. They don’t have so many places internally, so keep your eyes and ears opened to support the employees to meet you.

The Atmosphere and Service of this place is good. Food options are nothing special. Personalizing the name on the Nutella jar is cool. Worth checking this place if the line is not too long.

It was a fun stop but nothing spectacular. I wouldn't worry about doing it again. The food was ok, the croissant would have been better warm. It gets pretty busy and the line takes a while to get through. They do have handy table finders so they can bring your food to you without having to search you out.

I loved everything about visiting this Cafe! The food was delicious. Service was great! It was cleanly! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was not being able to get the Nutella Cocoa with the biscuit as they had run out.
If going here I definitely recommend going as early in the day as possible as I hear it gets REALLY busy. We went in right at 9am when they opened and there was only two other groups there at the same time as us.

Great experience. Had the recommended Nutella hot cocoa. Although it wasn't as thick in texture, the taste was amazing. I liked how it wasn't overpowering or extremely sweet. They had a lot of options that any Nutella lover would love to try

This place is amazing!!! JoJo made. our. day! The biscuits are a MUST try! The personalized jars are so quick to make & are an inexpensive gift! Croissant French toast is a delicious treat. The crepes were perfection!

Stopped in quickly to get two personalized jars of Nutella because of the window’s advertisement. I was impressed by what I saw inside! There were breakfast options (See menu photo), merchandise, and more. Very friendly team. They are my personalized labels in a matter of 45 seconds. Nice atmosphere.

A fun spot with fun food. We went on the Monday after the Chicago marathon and the line extended outside the store, so it took about 30 min to get our order placed. The big attraction is being able to get a customized jar of Nutella, but the food is great too. We ordered the croissant French toast, banana bread, waffles, and affogato Gelato. Everything was delicious and filled with Nutella goodness. Definitely worth a stop when in town.

Delicious brand, I must say you can find a variety of items that you will enjoy. The place was busy when I went there, including a line outside for waiting. Once inside, you will find a beautiful decoration, including a giant nutella bottle, for you to take your pictures for your Instagram account.
Also, when I went, the place was a little bit dirty. The tables were dirty, and napkins all over the floor, the restroom was not clean at all.

In town for a sorority conference and saw this cute shop on the corner. My daughter and I love Nutella so I stopped quickly to get us personalized jars 13 oz for $8.50. The dine-in experience seemed to be nice and the employees were very courteous and helpful.

This place is awesome for a quick sweet breakfast.
The only part I missed out on this was they didn’t have coffees or lattes I went in 2 days and they said they were sold out since morning 9 am..!!
The Banana Bread and the Nutella Croissant 🥐 was worth it.

Very nice place. We ordered few different type of desserts and they were all very good.
Cream brulee was very good with a notella touch.
Croissant was really 👍 good.
And the banana bread was really good as well.
The atmosphere was little loud but really nice.

I wanted to try this place for years but when they first opened there were lines down the street and it seemed as if every time I visited it was too crowded.
What a pleasant surprise to finally go and have a delicious treat that was reasonably priced with great service.

You would not expect to find yourself searching for Nutella in dishes at the Nutella Cafe but that’s exactly what happened to us today. Customer service is terrible, nobody cares that you’re there and it’s quite disorganized. I will definitely not repeat. This place is overhyped, I would recommend buying a bottle of Nutella and enjoying it at home.

Everything was excellent from food to service. They have probably the best macchiato in the Country. Their signature crepes are the best. I tried pastries and pannini and it was reatgood too.

Limited seating however the staff managed the line so the restaurant wasn’t overcrowded. A bit pricey but it’s downtown Chicago, what do you expect?! Our crepe’s were good but portions (filling) could be more. Overall a good breakfast and experience.

The food is fantastic and the staff is absolutely wonderful.
You’ll find yourself lost in your crepe/gelato/sandwich/gelato/shortbread/gelato.
Also GET THE GELATO.
I find myself spending more and more time here every week.
