The food was good but the chicken was cold. It wasn’t as hot as it could’ve been and I usually prefer my chicken to be Piping hot the sides were hot though we also wanted grilled chicken but that had to be replaced and stayed with fried chicken because they ran out also only having two drink choices

A random find, but so glad we stopped in. Everyone was really friendly and the food was fantastic. The waffles are fresh and delicious and the chicken is so tender. I got mine smothered and the gravy was delicious. Hubby was thrilled they had gizzards on the menu and it was a huge serving too.
Immaculate Black American comfort food. No complaints at all for the kitchen. Southern style Collars Greens, quick seasoned Fried Chicken, Cajun gravy Red Beans and Rice… with meat in all the veg. Vegans look elsewhere 🫠

Only bad experience was when I needed to pay and they told me that it’s only cash since there is some issue with the card reader, luckily I had cash on me but I was short 50cents and I couldn’t tip the server.
