They have a great flavorful burger like no other. Peppercorn sauce with grilled onions and steak fries. The costs is very reasonable and it also has a great vibe to the place.

Select Cut is our local Steak House and honestly is as good as downtown . The food is great, the staff is excellent and it is so nice to be right in your neighborhood.

We visited our son for his birthday and knew he'd love to go for steak. I stumbled on this restaurant and it was just perfect. My wife and son enjoyed their filets while I tried the beef teriyaki. I love rice teriyaki dishes and this one was perfect. (Well, I don't like cooked carrots so almost perfect.) Great flavor. The restaurant seemed to have their regulars but wasn't crowded on a Sunday evening. The menu had a number of options across a wide price range and the service was excellent. We will definitely return when back in town.

Great service and fantastic food! The chicken was tender, and the meat was medium well! The property was clean, however the way how our food is served was dirty. Look by yourself at the dishes, every dish looks dirty - the chef could have cleaned a bit before serving us, but hey; it’s a simple detail. Waiter, food and taste are TREMENDOUS! Go, and taste their magique food! ✨✨✨
I enjoyed the atmosphere and intimate experience. The Hispanic gentleman was very nice and attentive. What I did not like is the fact that I wasn't asked how I wanted my meat(steak) done.
We ordered several of items with steak and for 3 items we were asked how we wanted it, but still wasn't cooked as requested.
We didn't complain. We ate it. We then ordered MORE items and was never asked how we wanted our meat cooked and got rare. Wish we would have been asked and not just assumed how we wanted our meat.
That's the only thing I would suggest is ask. And if your unsure, ask the customer how they want it cooked.
Other than that everything else was delicious and exceptional, drinks, bread, service. The steak fries were absolutely delicious!

I dined here solo on a recent trip to Chicago. I was in the mood for steak, but not at a chain restaurant. This fit my craving. The space has two dining areas. I sat on the side with the bar and a fair number of tables, but it’s small enough to have an intimate feel. As soon as I was seated the waiter brought a basket of sliced, crusty bread and butter. One thing I really liked about the menu was the ability to choose two different cuts of steak to comprise your meal. I selected the ribeye and the filet mignon, both of which were perfectly cooked to medium. My sides were a baked potato and vegetables. I also had a Shiraz with my meal. I sat by the window and people watched and listened to an old timer chat with the bartender. It was low key and cozy, just what I was in the mood for.
Small and quant dining establishment. Had dinner with family but it's much more suited for a cozy dinner for two. Candlelit tables and quiet atmosphere. Metered street parking in front and surrounding areas. Pictured were the meals we chose, plenty more items to try.
For sure get your steak blackened. Cooked to perfection. Great selection of wines too.
First tine out-of-towner here. This will be my new must-go-to place though next time I visit! The lobster was cooked to perfection, and the filet mignon (or as I affectionately referred to it, the "filet mign-yum!") was excellent and so tender! The cherry on top was when they agreed to indulge me in a special request martini! The staff were so sweet and fun! Definitely a memorable experience worth the price!
It is a good (and not necessarily the best) steak place in this neighborhood. The food is OK but service is great! Liked the bread and butter (which was on the house). That’s one of the reasons I gave them 4 instead of 3! Do not order French onion soup.

The BBQ burger was delicious! I called for a reservation two times and when we arrived they didn’t have record of the reservation. It wasn’t a problem, but just surprising. The ambiance could be improved if there were music playing.
Awesome lunch. The steak on my Cesar salad was perfectly cooked. The grilled shrimp on my wife's was perfect. Salad dressing made for each salad, great. An empty plates says it all.
Stopped in on a whim for dinner the first time the other night and it was pretty good! The atmosphere has kind of a "local joint" friendliness to it and my server was incredible! She wasn't particularly chatty but she took care of everything I needed, half the time before I even asked.
As for my food, I had a chicken breast (a little fatty but mostly good) that was accompanied by their special rice. I did not love the special rice at all and only took a couple of bites. I just really really didn't like it.
Everything was a little on the expensive side - not terrible but worth noting.

Great neighborhood restaurant. I was there when they opened at 4 p.m. so I had the place to myself. My coffee cup was never less than half full. I had the Grecian Chicken which was tasty rivaling any Greek town restaurants.
Decent food at relatively reasonable prices. No other customers at 9pm on a Sunday holiday weekend affected the vibe. Helpful waiter. Steak seemed a little smaller than advertised but good taste.
