Great place! It's right on the Chicago river. We sat outside. Very comfortable outside furniture. They have Pepsi products. The loaded tots with their ranch was so so good! You can tell they make their own ranch. I had the chicken strips and fries. My hubby has the shepherds pie. Both meals were delicious. Very affordable and clean. Our server was also great. I asked if we could bring dogs and he said yes. The Honkers Ale was great. It's one of their beers on draft. One downfall they charge a 2.50% "hospitality charge" on your bill. Oh they also have free self-serve popcorn. It was also very good.

This place was packed after the race but that did not slow down service at all. We were lucky to find a table right away. I got the hummus and she got the lamb stew. Both meals were excellent! Service was friendly despite the chaos around them. We could not ask for anything more!

I absolutely hate Irish pubs—ask my friends—but Lizzie McNeill’s is a true exception. It’s a fun, modern atmosphere that feels clean and open. The food menu is actually very underrated, and the bartenders are friendly. We absolutely love coming here.

My first visit to Chicago was made all the better by Lizzie McNeills and specifically the day tender, Olly(sp?). She acted as a reliable local tour guide for us. Every suggestion she made was a great experience for us and made the entire trip better because we didn't have to make a shot in the dark. She's a credit to your pub and moreover, the city of Chicago. She could teach a master class in bar client relations. After two visits I was treated like a regular. That's making your customers feel welcome and it's an invaluable feeling to feel that way in a new city. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Cozy Irish Pub nestled along the Chicago Riverwalk. Great pub grub, ambience and wonderful customer service. Walking distance from our hotel and the Navy Pier.

Excellent Irish pub right on the river with great service, delicious food, and a nice patio. We hung out to enjoy a quick dinner and a few drinks prior to our architectural river cruise, so the location was perfect. Since we had limited time, the friendly server was very accommodating to take both our drink order and food order at the same time and get it in right away. We ordered almost every single appetizer and split them all. They were so good that they were devoured almost immediately, leaving us wishing we had more time to stick around and enjoy more of their delicious food. While the wings were nothing to write home about, the lamb stew was amazing, the cheesy fingerling potatoes were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, the reuben rolls were perfectly delicious, and both the sausage platter and pretzel bites were devoured immediately.

The drinks were good. But the food and service here...is horrible! I ordered a sausage, onion, and garlic pizza. Normally, a pizza is layered with tomato sauce. This pizza had no sauce, and a generic frozen pizza taste! It was so bad, I asked for a different meal. The server said he would give me a few minutes to pick a different dish. Those few minutes became 12 minutes!!! He didn't bother to check with me...for my new order. He just continued taking other requests. I finally hailed him down, and he apologized. But I just wanted the check at that point! My date and I were so unsatisfied...we went to another pub blocks away! Terrible experience!

Beautiful spot to have a drink and something to eat while watching the river activity. Wonderful shade trees and dogs are allowed (outside, naturally). Terrific staff- very accommodating. Provided water in a plastic bowl for the dog, replaced a full drink that was knocked over by the dog 🐶
Am looking forward to going back some evening to experience the night time ambience!

Had a fun night for a friends birthday. Descent drinks, music and friendly people and even had karaoke. Great location as well! Only complaint I have is that one of the bartenders tried to charge us extra for drinks on my friends tab when I was paying cash for my drinks all night long and tried to deny it. There's a reason I pay cash for my drinks. Overall it's a great place.

A few friends and I spent NYE here and it was perfect. Its cozy, yet has a lovely atmosphere. The drinks are decently priced and the server (Yolanda) was fast, funny, and provided great service all around. We will definitely be coming back here.

Checked this place out since it was right next door to our hotel. The food was good, but we were wanting to watch our hometown Dbacks play and they were not able to get that channel, so we had to eat and go to another bar that had all the sports channels.

The vibes in this bar are unreal. Went out for a night on the town and started off here , and an hour later my friends and I were like "let's just go back to Lizzie's. " Super friendly staff and awesome food.
