Very fast, very greasy, but a little expensive. The burgers are made fresh on a grill with your choice of toppings. They made our 6 burgers in a few minutes. All were hot and fresh. A little greasy for my taste, but the rest of my family loved them. So I didn't knock off a star for that, I just prefer cleaner food. The bathroom wasnt up to par at all, that is why they lost a star. It smelled awful and was disgusting.

Absolutely delicious! The person at the cash explained well and helped me for my first time order. I ordered the epic classic burger with sweet potatoes fries which is the must and a strawberry organic milk shake. What a experience!! I recommend this place to everyone who wants to eat a good food in Chicago, not very expensive but not junk food either.

I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say this has to be in the top 3 burgers I've ever had, and I've had a good number of burgers in my day, from mediocre and forgettable to delicious and memorable. I got the epic double with cheddar on a wheat bun with bacon, avocado, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and whatever ambrosia their "epic sauce" is. On the side I got their waffle cut sweet potato fries and a bottle of cold Coke. As a Netflix companion I got a chocolate shake to go. Man, every bite was excellent. Flavor was popping, ingredients were of excellent quality. The staff knows their business and handles it well. This is now my only burger place when I'm in Chicago. Period.

I went their during my business trip last week and looking for Halal food near my hotel. Epic Burger is located just 100 meters off Michigan Avenue. I tried Chicken and Beef burgers and found it delicious and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and answered all of our concerns related to Halal Zabiah Meat. Although they have not displayed a Certified Zabiah Eatery Certificate. But Halal is written clearly on their badges and Google listings. Place is clean and family friendly.

The halal meat here made me go mad, the beef was awesome- crisp juicy with melted cheese. The good thing I liked about that the waitress guided me into ordering halal menu. It's a worth try who visits downtown Chicago !

I finally had a chicken burger and fries for lunch after such a long time mainly because I do not eat non halal food. They serve halal meat and have a sign stating that on their window. The burger was really good and flavorful but the fries not so much they were mushy and salty. The staff was very welcoming and my order was out in 5-7 minutes and the ambiance was great which was a plus especially after a long day at a conference with session after session.

Came here after a long day biking in the city. My family and I had the Halal chicken burgers with the epic sauce and man was it good. Burgers are fairly affordable and I love the French fries here. I usually don't take pictures of my food but this has got to be one of the most appetizing burgers I've had in a while.

First of all, Deonte (cashier) and Jerome (the cook) were friendly, helpful, and overall amazing. Secondly, Epic Burger is WORTH THE PRICE! Many people complain about the price of these burgers (choice of meat, turkey, chicken, veggie-based, grilled cheese) but the price is higher than most burger places because the meat and ingredients are humanely sourced. The burgers taste juicy, clean, and delicious. Fries are great, both types (potato and sweet potato). And the milkshakes...they're amazing (choice of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter). Perfect to go along with their burgers! Would definitely return to this location and would have epic burger again.

Without a doubt one of the juiciest, most succulent burgers I've had. Dripping with fat and flavor, it was truly an epic burger.

My husband and I were in Chicago looking for halal food and Epic Burger was the first thing came up on google search. I was really happy to find a halal burger because it’s difficult to find one at where we live. The burger was super delicious. I would’ve give 5 star but their lemonade tasted like pure water. Both flavors.

I heard about this place from a Lyft driver & decided to check it out. I had a beef burger with avocado, bacon, sunny side up egg, lettuce & pickles. With a side of sweet potato French fries & two dipping sauces. Also complimenting the burger, a lovely vanilla milkshake on the side. When I tell you that I’ve searched high & low for a good burger with an egg on top, THIS IS THE PLACE! ❤️😫 I’ve been there 3 times since that pic & have also had their strawberry milkshake which had powered strawberries & fresh strawberries.. with whipped cream.. it’s soooooooooo goood! Always great customer service, never a crowded place, because of its location. It’s literally a 10min wait or less. 5 stars and I would definitely recommend eating. Very clean environment inside and out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering, price was a little high but that is to be expected in Chicago. Burger was great and the fries were as well. Family friendly, wheelchair access and walking distance to the Magnificent Mile.

Just a regular burger, the wings were delicious! I believe shake shack burgers are better though.

Visiting from out of town and had never been to an Epic Burger before. Service was quick, prices reasonable, and food was great. Was impressed by bottled soda selection and most by how friendly the guy who took our order was. A very friendly African American guy, wish I would have caught his name. Would and will come again!
