I did take out. Most food was already prepared so itโ€™s just streamlining down and checkout was really fast ๐Ÿ– burnt end platter: the burnt ends was different from what I imagined. The burnt end is covered in thick layer of sweet sauce which hides away the original flavor of smoked meat. The burnt en
Decent place. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and baked beans; nothing exceptional, but the food was okay. I expected the portions to be a bit bigger. Counter service, yet the workers still came off a bit rude. Prices are too expensive to justify coming here all things considered.
Ordered delivery for a work meeting and a mix up occurred between my order and the delivery service. Would like to shout out Carrie who provided great service and was incredibly helpful throughout the process! Food was amazing too!
I'm never disappointed with this joint!! I ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner package this year and my family loved it all!! Ill be back for sure!
Dont let the small serving space fool you....this place ROCKS! the smell is inviting from the moment you open the door. The problem is in choosing what to eat. Devell hooked me up with samples, and my taste buds went crazy. I dont think you can make a wrong choice, but we settled on the brisket and
Got the Brisket Burnt Ends platter and it really does come with a lot of meat. I thought it was pretty good, including the pickles & coleslaw. I also got a side of the 3 Cheese Mac, but it lacked a bit of flavor. Staff was nice and made my order quickly. Will come back.
Canadian speaking here: "the portion sizes are huge!" But thankfully they are; the BBQ is on point. Amongst the best pulled pork sandwiches I've had. If you're after a salad - this is still a good place for you. Excellent taste and fresh! Very clean and the employees are always happy to help!
Very legit bbq brisket smoked for 15 hours. Sauces are on point and their sides are legitimately very good. Compares favorably to kansas and austin. Watch out for long lines during peak lunch hours. Go early or late.
Great food... The brisket and mac and cheese were outstanding. The cole slaw not so much... The service was OK, but too slow.
Friendly staff and delicious food. A place to grab a budget friendly and appetite tantalizing BBQ meal. Would recommend to all.
Very friendly service. Got a taster to help decide what to go for. Ended up with a mixed meat platter. Delicious slow cooked smoked meets! Highly recommend a visit!
Pretty good bbq joint. Not that much space to eat inside though. Cole slaw was pretty good and the fat brisket too. I recommend this only for a quick lunch or grab and go eat somewhere else. Not a seat down type of place.
After an exhaustive search for the closest thing I could find to Texas BBQ, Blackwood now has my heart. The rich smokiness and flavor profile is why I keep coming back. Not only is the brisket tender and "Slap Ya Mama" delicious, the pull pork and chicken are also absolutely fantastic! In my recom
Great BBQ, fast service. Assembly line style. Hit it right before lunch break for businesses. Line out the door after I got in. Had the pulled pork and brisket.. . Both worth the wait.
Pretty decent food but a bit on the expensive side. Although, the staff are great.
Been here twice for lunch. Chicken sandwich is delicious
5 dollars for a big BBQ brisket wrap, not bad at all. Flavor wise, a little underwhelming, the sour taste is overpowering.
