Moon Palace Express - Chicago - Photo album

Great food & wonderful service. Conveniently located in the main area of Chinatown. Many lunch specials include soup for $8-$9. Quite a good value. Street parking (metered) available for a couple hours or lots nearby as well.
The Best place so far for the Best authentic Chinese food! I got it to go and really appreciate how my food was packaged. Makes it very easy to reheat if necessary.
This is a really nice place to dine in. The staff might seem rude at first, but they are actually very nice and will answer any question you ask about the menu. It's a small location and the aesthetics of the restaurant are very pleasing. The food is really good and they give out generous portions a
Absolutely delicious! Everything is always good, I've been been disappointed with a meal there. The wide rice noodles are my favorite!!
Really nice authentic Korean food I had a great time the service was excellent and the flavors of the food delightful.
I really enjoyed this place to eat. Service was quick. It was not full of people so I can comment on how it is during rush hour. But drinks and taking our order was quick. We ordered the hot and sour soup, General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, and the potstickers. Everthing was really good!
My hobby and I love soup dumplings but couldn't find a place in Chicago which serves them. Finally we could find Moon Palace located in China Town. They have a very tasety dumplings and I totally recommend trying them. We tried couple other dishes and overall the quality of their food is above most
Went here w my boyfriend Memorial Day weekend. We had Xiao Long Bao, the pan fried buns, and the special Shanghai Braised Pork Belly (pictured). The wait staff were friendly and attentive, the place was clean and not so crowded while other places had a long wait. We were not so familiar with Shangha
I honestly think this is the best Chinese food! Everything is tasty! Usually I stick to the save the dishes but everything I try on this menu is delicious!
The food was good ...convenient parking in the area great atmosphere but the fortune cookies were very dry
Fantastic little place with nice ambiance. Simple menu, and large portions. The soups are top notch, and they serve plenty to share! Yummy Martini's too. Try the Lucky Buddha beer!
The food is good but not always keep the taste as well. I hope they can do it better
Great Chinese, authentic food good prices. The portion are very generous. China Town has a great atmosphere, it is nice to see people that are so proud of there culture.
Perfect spot before heading into city, easy walk from parking lot and to the L station. Food is Awesome!
Best Orange Chicken ever, even though that's not authentic food. Get a hot and sour soup, potsticker, plus an order of orange chicken will be a good meal in any day.
