Tasty, quality food at a reasonable price. Nice ambiance. Food prep time is slower than your typical fast-casual spot, but still not as slow as a full fledged restaurant. Would definitely return!
Amazing food ! I was a regular visitor to Nando's back in India and i absolutely loved the Chicago outlet. They have the perfect combination of ambiance and super tasty spicy chicken. Its a must visit for all chicken and spicy food lovers.
I used to eat Nando’s in South Africa and was stoked when I found this in the good ol’ USA! Chicken was just as good as I remember. Absolutely fantastic-
Upon placing our order, there was a long wait on chicken; only thighs & wings were available. I did enjoy the chicken & the butter squash & corn was great!! b4 leaving, the waitress brought us these tarts that were amazing! definitely a do-over!!!
As usual its awesome . Love it. Interior is so cool and good customer service. I'll recommend people to try their chicken. It's Hella different from other restaurants.

Regular Nando's eater from the UK. Was a welcome surprise to see a Nando's in the US as I haven't had a meal in 6yrs! I absolutely love half a chicken and rice smothered in the different sauces especially garlic!
The best chicken, music, atmosphere!!! Loved it!!!! Will be back for sure!

What an impressive experience! Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. Each person got something different and no one was disappointed. The great variety of sauces met our highest expectations, and that's saying a lot! The chicken was perfectly tasty and all of the sides were delicious as well. The next day, we were all still thinking about it and talking about how good the food was. We can't wait to go back.
The menu was great with suggestions for first timers! Loved the mayo for the fries!!!

What a foodie experience! The hummus was flavorful, the chicken had just the right amount of spice and the sides were just right! They also have a great eye for details....down to the napkins!

Portion was small for my liking. I didn't feel my $40 worth of food was worth it. Kid sized portions. It was good everything was. Service was terrible. I had to get my own silverware. I hardly was acknowledged at all.
I’ve never been but have heard nothing but excellent things about ~cheeky~ Nando’s so I was SO excited to stop in for a bite!
Thankfully, I had a veteran with me to guide me through the experience. The chicken bowl I had was absolutely fabulous and customizable.
Nando’s is a fast casual style restaurant so it’s perfect for a quick bite on your lunch break. Our food came relatively fast and the staff did bring the plates out to our table. On the back counter there’s a selection of Nando’s specialty sauces for you to try.
Overall, I found this location to be pretty nice and clean. I’ve hard the Nando’s off of Michigan Ave can get a bit chaotic so this could be a better location to choose to avoid the hustle and bustle.
I ordered a chicken bowl through Uber eats. The food was carefully packed and handed down when it was hot. The big, colorful bowl looked great. Two grilled boneless chicken was given with salad and a spicy rice. There was Some grilled pepper, sweet corn, and some hummus too. For the chicken I choose some spicy mango sauce which was fine. Overall the bowl was huge in portion, and was very filling and satisfying. I added a peri peri fry too with the order. The regular fries were seasoned with some ‘Peri peri’ spice mix. It was pretty decent too. Overall, it was a good meal.
I was shopping downtown and need a place to eat that has comfortable seatings for a quick lunch. This place is so spacious. The service is semii self serve; you pay first, get your own water and spices. But they serve you food and clean up. The food was delicious. I totally recommend any "Bowls". The greens is very fresh and chicken is well spiced bbq. People were calm in there. I would go back a again next time.

This was my first time at Nando’s after hearing all my friends rave about it. The chicken and fries was amazing. The chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the fries were crispy and well seasoned as well. I didn’t really care for the mac and cheese but everything else I give a 10/10.
Came from New York. The food is amazing. I love the taste spices sauces. Everything feels like it’s so homemade. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I will say affordable to most other people would definitely recommend it.

Came here for dinner during the week while visiting Chicago. The to-go area was fairly busy, but the dine-in area had plenty of seating available. You place your order and pay online using a QR code, then they bring it out to your table number.
Had to order the chicken, but wasn't sure what heat level to pick. I opted for Medium to be on the safe side, but if you like hot foods, then the Hot spice level isn't too hot. Ordered the 1/4 chicken breast with 2 sides, Brussels Sprouts and Portuguese Rice. I wanted the corn on cob, but it wasn't on the menu this night.
Hint, they have all their sauces in jars by the drink fountain. You can always get every heat level in little plastic containers to dip your food yourself. I tried each flavor and preferred the Hot and Xtra Hot levels.
Chicken was extremely juicy and flavorful. The flavors were really cooked into the chicken. Sides were good, but I'd focus on the chicken. For a small dessert, ordered the Naughty Natas which is a light custard that was very good. Small simple dessert that's not too heavy.
Great food! The sauces are, of course, tasty, but the cooking makes the difference. So much better than the heavy breaded chicken places. Takes me back to our days in Zimbabwe.
First time at Nando’s and it was phenomenal. Great vibes as soon as you walk in the door. Nice service and delicious food. Definitely recommend the sweet and spicy wrap with chips and the peri peri ranch. So so good.
Now for my standard COVID comments as of May 2023. Some folks are but majority are not wearing masks. Location is pretty clean and seating is distanced. Comfortable to sit down and eat or grab and go.
We love the food but they were so late in bringing our order. They also forget about items in our big order. But over all experience was great and the servers were so nice.
Heard a lot about this place!! Tried the chicken breasts with all their sauces. It was good but I was not fully satisfied with the chicken breast. It was very hard to chew! Hence, cutting down a star!
Had the Peri Chicken Rainbow Bowl. Added grilled pineapple (pairs well with the medium peri peri sauce) and grilled Halloum cheese. The food is fresh and flavorful! A must try!
A place to love! The service is so good and all of them are extremely friendly! The decorations are pretty and the food tastes really good! I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
