Chipotle is one of my favorate restaurant for authentic food rice and chicken or steak.

Good food (everything appeared and tasted pretty fresh and they were making more to re-fill the batches of food, toppings and such) Very friendly and helpful service, BUT I suggest you have more staff on had, 3 people is not enough, and is it fair for only one person to be taking care of customers, making the food and handling checking out while the other two just clean, when there are more than 3-5 people waiting?!?! This is a solid location, but there is room for improvement.
Visit this Location Friday evening. Everything was pretty good. Had a salad bowl.
Good location so you can pick some food here and go to riverwalk. I had britto bowl with avocado. It's generous amount and reasonable price.
I was in the area and looking for dinner. This location had some negative reviews, however my experience was very positive. I had the burrito bowl, and they gave me plenty of each ingredient. The taste was fantastic and everything was fresh. The price was nice too. Thanks Chipotle, I'll be back!
I go here once a week after every long run during marathon training season and I love it! The food quality is great, the staff works quickly, and the location is great! They do sometimes run out of guac or fajita veggies at the end of the night but that’s probably bc they’re so busy/popular.
My first experience was in other chipotle and it was so bad.. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. I wasn't sure I wanted to go again.
Then I tried this one as it is not far away from my work.. the staff was so friendly and efficient !! It took less than 3 minutes to have my food ready. And it was delicious !
I recommend 100% !!
Wow. I had few buritos earlier in Chicago, but Chipotle was by far the best. For something like 10$ you are getting soo huge burrito. I am not sure how they can offer this burrito for that price. It is definitely worth it!

NEW MGR??
This location suddenly seems to have a new Employee, don't know if he's a Sup/Mgr or What? But he was "out on the floor" completely getting in the way of Customers and not even being apologetic about it!
It started right by the area where one grabs utensils/napkins, apparently he was explaining something to a young lady and I'm standing there waiting to grab a fork/knife and he sees me and instead of yielding a little/show any kind of care, he remains like nothing's going on and continues with his "training". in the middle of Lunch Hour.
And coincidentally Ditto for when I was done eating, he was standing right by the trash can (this time by himself) and when I awkwardly manage to reach the trash can around him and deposited my trash, rather than attempt to get outta the way and/or semi-apologize...instead looks at me like I'm crazy!
So yes, I don't know what his job is, what he's going to be like, but so far he gets an F from me on Customer Care and or manners for that matter. He was even on a phone call during the time I was there,...maybe he owns the place, he sure acted like it. Food was great by the way, buy that's not New!
Very nice place. I had the chicken bowl and it was delicious 😋.
