Kitty O’Sheas located in the Chicago Hilton at 720 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605 is a very cool Irish Pub! Great servers who are quick and friendly. My server Efren was great! Food was very good too. Their desserts are awesome also.
Excellent decor of course that feels like you are in Ireland.

Went here several times, so it was good! The brunch was tasty, and dinner was good too! The only thing I didn't really like was the chicken thigh wrap, it needed a sauce.

Very warm and welcoming place! The food was out super fast and hot......well.... Not my lobster on my lobster roll, which may be a way it's served here. Could've used more sauce, but the brioche/texas type roll was very yummy! Mom enjoyed the fish and chips! BUT THE STAR ARE THE POTATOES WEDGE LIKE FRIES!!!! YUMMY YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!!! 😋

This was a really nice place to have available while I was staying at the hotel. Classic Irish pub environment, with a bustling dining room during dinner time. The menu is succinct, with classics like fish and chips alongside some unexpected dishes, providing a comfortable range of options. I had the potatoe soup, and it was top-notch, served with a soft slice of soda bread.
Servers were very quick for such a busy restaurant.

I love a good Irish pub, it was a little loud but it was a Saturday night and packed so that’s what you want!
The Guiness was poured well and the fish and chips came out quick and was really solid. Love the chips.
The wings were really flying out to multiple tables and looked great, need to try those next time.
Our server was extremely quick and attentive.
Great spot if you are in Millenium park to wrap up the day of adventures.

We came here with the kids before a big football match. There were a lot of people and very atmospheric! We will definitely come back here again!🍻

The fish and chips and their fish sandwich here are amazing! Extremely crispy and decent portions. However, the price tag is a bit high for what is served and believe that would be the main reason why I probably would not be able to come here again.

Kitty O'Shea's is most definitely a place you need to visit!
I had the fish n chips. The fries were cooked to perfection and were crispy on the outside and still had that hearty potato flavor on the inside.
The fish, Oh my goodness! Tender, flaky and fried with flavor and not greasy whatsoever.
The food was flavorful and plentiful. I left full and satisfied.
I had the mixed Sangria Talk about heaven on earth! Very fruity and delish. You have to try one out.
The waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and my dinner was served well under 10 minutes.
Reasonable prices for downtown Chicago, well worth it.

This place was wonderful and the service was great. Our server was Mario V who was terrific! We lingered a little longer than we should have after paying our tab and he kept coming by to refill our waters and make sure all was good. I wanted to be sure to give him a shout out for his exceptional service and recommendation of the Potato Soup. While I couldn't eat it all, it was delicious!

Came here for drinks as we live nearby and had yet to try it. Will come back for the bread pudding (my wife's favorite nob-Asian dessert and she had really great things to say about Kitty's version of it even having tried dozens in New Orleans and other places). Wings were good as well--great smell to the honey spicy sauce although not very spicy and could be crispier the quantity of them left us with no complaints.
Bartenders were attentive and drinks were great. Guinness hit the spot for my wife while I appreciated my half & half / black & tan.

Great food! The fish and chips were amazing and the lobster roll was equally as good! Fast service on a Thursday Night and the bartender kept our drinks full. Wonderful restaurant that we wish was out in our neck of the woods!

Great little hidden gem in the the Hilton Hotel. The servers/staff were all very friendly.
Price is great for breakfast and the wait is always much less than more popular well known brunch locations.
I would highly recommend to stop in for a coffee or breakfast.

Ambience of this is very calming, and love the irish music they play from time to time.. Perfect for an evening out with the colleagues or a date.
Loved the food, the salmon was well cooked and seasoned. And I took a fish and chips to go. That portion is super large. Really impressed.
