We were looking for restaurants nearby, and this came up. So glad we went to this establishment! Really cool menu, great food, really fresh and delicious. I had a juicy burger with Roquefort cheese and these caramelized sweet onions with bacon, and the fries were yummy too. My daughter got this beautiful milk and cookie shake. Counter service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Very delicious burgers and the Dip bar is a yummy surprise. The lady could have been a little friendlier but other than that great place! Bacon melt is one of the best burgers I've had and would come back š

Wow! The burgers were so good! Much better than I expected. I even had to get a second one. The free mayos are mouth watering, I wish theyād sell them separately to take them home.
Staff is very friendly and attentive, the restaurant (and even the bathroom) was very clean.
Iāll come back for sure.

Burger tasted good and is made from good quality ingredients. However, the bun does not provide it the necessary structure to hold the contents together. The bun is much too soft and combined with the water from the tomatoes it becomes very squishy. This made it difficult to eat the burger without stuff falling out. Fries are served in huuuuge portions. I really enjoyed their variety of mayo flavors.

Went for a quick weekday lunch with some coworkers. Ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich which was good for the price and convenience. I promise it tasted better than the picture.
I will say, I appreciated their assortment of mayo dips for my fries.

This place lives up to its name. The burgers are always delicious, get the President Barack Obama, and the shakes are tasty as well. However the sauce bar is the hidden gem, the Old Bay and Chipotle Mayo are probably the best ones.

Just a REALLY great burger! 1/3 pound patties cooked and seasoned pretty perfectly. A regular fries is plenty for 2 people. Also lots of mayo and condiment dipping options. Love this place! Great atmosphere. Nothing bad to say about this burger joint. Food was cooked very quickly as well.

We enjoyed Good Eatery. Right in downtown Chicago. Tasty burgers and fries and milk shakes.
The atmosphere is nice and clean. But the music was way too loud. That was the most negative thing about it. I liked the choice of music, but I dont want to have to speak OVER the music. Any who. The bathrooms where CLEAN. Looked clean and smelled clean great job! Good Eatery is the place we will be back to when we want a good burger !

Have visited two times and both I've had a great time. The place is clean unlike some other places in Chicago downtown. The service is also very good but the best thing here is the food. You can't go wrong with whichever burger you pick. The only con I would give is that is a bit pricier compared to other burger joints. If you want a great burger regardless of the cost, this is the place.

The fries were a bit greasy for my taste, but still not bad at all.

Although a bit exp,
Fries are also good, but if you get the ones that have Rosemary, make sure to ask to put it in layers, otherwise only the fries on the top have Rosemary.
