Such a cute little meat shop with some wine and food offerings. We walked in with no expectations and found ourselves whisked away into a little adventure trying natural wines and walking around the shop. There was this small plate with soft ham and shaved manchego on a fluffy bread--heavenly. Not sure if they even have this normally on the menu, but definitely try it if they do!

Butcher/meats store with attached cafe; sandwiches, soups, charcuterie. Wide choice of drinks/juices. Known for prime beef and artisan sausages. A few parking spots, otherwise little street parking.

Come here for dinner! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and creative. Definitely get the Carpaccio and the Mortadella & Gnocco Frito dishes. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the dishes! This is exactly what West Loop needs… more casual, yet delicious dining options (bonus: great patio seating)!

Favorite market, cafe and delicatessen of Fulton Market. You could find different flavors from Urfa chili to sake. Charcuterie part is quite fulfilling as well.

Posting specifically about the restaurant week menu: it’s BOMB. Highly suggest you go with at least one other person and you can both order the 2 different entrees (mussels & pork belly)- the pork belly is a little dry but once you mix it with everything on the plate it’s MUAH to die for. Great selection of beer and the Serrano ham for the appetizer melts in your mouth. I feel like a little kid with my review for the dessert but it was a sad portion to share between 2 people lol. I actually asked a waiter if another portion of dessert was coming out. All is served family style if you + others are getting the restaurant week menu. All and all the space is loud and fun and rambunctious - will return

It’s a great spot with exceptional quality and fresh ingredients. It’s pricey, but we’ll spend more when it’s done right, which it is at PQM. Our only issue was $13 for a tiny glass of orange juice. At least put it on the menu so customers know the juice is nearly the same price as your entire breakfast.

Eating in Chicago means eating well, and Publican Quality Meats elevates that to eating right. Shout out to Head Butcher Rob, your butcher's breakfast was eye-opening, and thanks for recommending it Leo. If I knew that is what you all get to eat for breakfast, I would've applied a long time ago! They've crafted a unique offering, with everything from in-house pasta sauces to tiny cans of whisky.

Publican Quality Meats was a carnivore's dream! The high-quality meats and artisanal sandwiches were a true delight. The rustic and inviting atmosphere added to the experience. A must-visit for those seeking top-notch deli items and a cozy dining setting. Can't wait to indulge in more flavors on my next visit!

Came in for steaks and I didn’t realize they were closed for a private event. The staff was so kind and they still sold me some gorgeous steaks. (I’m desperate since Local Foods is no longer open for retail). Amazing customer service, I’ll be back anytime I can. Thanks guys, and sorry I crashed the party!

the SMOKED TURKEY sandwich is the BEST DAMN sandwich I have had in my life! I ordered a week ago when I was starving and almost got in a car accident while eating it. I was hungry that day, so I thought it was a fluke. So today when I woke up with it on my mind I decided to order it again. Annnnnnd man, it was better the second time around. I wil be back. Kudos!

Great food in a prime location. We went there for brunch and booked one of the outdoor tents for extra safety which was clean and comfortable. Everything was touchless including the payment. The food was on point, I loved the Delicata, Publican scramble and the chocolate coffee cake. We ended up ordering two additional coffee cakes to go. Would definitely recommend.

So good. Was there for a private event, so I can't speak to its normal operations and menu, but we had a wide variety of foods, starting with meats and cheeses, and ending with an baked apple- based dish and everything was just great. Thoughtful and inventive dishes with twists that elevated the traditional ingredients to an almost exotic level.

Vegans Beware, jk come in. Came across this place because because I could smell it from outside. That’s how you know a place is going to be good. The meat and cheese selections were amazing. The wine list could have been better, only reason it has 4 stars. If you’re looking for a real adventure, check out the bathrooms. Would definitely come here again.

The woman who took our order was not friendly, but it could’ve been because we unknowingly walked in 10 minutes before they were closing. We were walking back towards our car, and stopped in. We took our food to go and it was amazing! We will be back and will be sure to arrive earlier!
