We were here for a birthday celebration. The environment is very romantic with a chill vibe. Decor is modern and beautiful, and the servers are super nice and accommodating. They even signed a birthday card and gave us a slice of chocolate cake. My favorite on the menu is the Wagyu Tri Tip. The Slow Roasted Porcelet has a bit too much tendon, so the texture was not as good as expected.

Fantastic. The tasting menu was impeccable and delightful. They accommodated my dairy allergy without issue and the waiter was very knowledgeable. Beautiful venue and even great music.

We enjoyed our dinner at Bellemore. We planned dinner close to the Lyric Opera. The Cast of West Side Story gave a outstanding performance. The musical has social issues that run true today.
Our dinner was good as we tried several dishes
including the Day Boat Scallops with FAVA BEANS. To my surprise there was Hannibal Lecter at the next table having the Sweet Breads. I kept a eye on him just in Case!!
The Atlantic Char was very tasty in a flavorful broth.
I will say our server Dalton was one of our best ever servers. He had excellent knowledge of the
Menu. His timing was experienced and right on cue he arrived unhurried in a busy restaurant.

AMAZING! We celebrated our anniversary and decided to go to Chicago for some Gastro tour celebration. Bellemore is our second stop and it just blew our mind.
First of all, we booked the place for 8:45pm noon Saturday night. However, we came an hour early a d they were able to seat us. We brought our 4 year old daughter and they were cool with it. be
Our serve, Gabby (spelling ?!?) was amazing, friendly and thoughtful. We had complimentary champagne and desserts as a part of our celebration, and all were delicious. We ordered the magical oyster pie (it's honestly really magical), tartare and a cocktail. We loved every sip and bite we had.
The place itself is so lovely, and well-decorated. A+ for the ladies room, they provided small emergency stuff there, like hairpin, mint, roller. Wonderful.
I'd love to come back again!

YOU MUST ORDER the Hawaiian rolls!!!
Fantastic upscale restaurant with a wonderful selection of libations. Our server Kevin was a true connoisseur of the fare. He did a fantastic job pairing our beverages with the dishes we ordered and made some wonderful suggestions for dessert. Most definitely one of the best places to eat in Chicago. The decor and lighting were delightful for a late dinner and evening of conversation. Truly a pleasure to dine at this establishment.

Ate here by myself. Wish I had a companion as I wanted to try half the menu. Beautiful decor with an upscale vibe. The venison tartar was fabulous. The duck was very tasty although I felt it was cut a little thick. The dessert was a cherry coconut mousse which was sensational also. Great meal. I will be back to try the suckling pig and grilled octopus.

Inventive dishes, outstanding service, a chic yet approachable ambiance that sets the tone for a great evening, but the food then exceeds that expectation. Swanky modern jazz in the background, unique architectural details, and interesting/unusual decor make the environment as tasty to the eye as the food is to the palate. A truly outstanding experience.

Great food and great dining experience. The menu is very unique with several different types of food that are great for sharing. We got the venison tartar and foie gras which were both really great and unique dishes. We also got the fish and some smaller plates which were all very tasty. The inside atmosphere is also very cool with a modern and art deco mix. The bar had great cocktails and the service was outstanding. I'd definitely recommend.

The service and food were very good. The drinks were tasty as well. The best dishes were the shaved foie gras Salad and Cornish Hen. Hawaiian rolls were tasty. We ordered a dessert and got a complimentary one as well. The complimentary dessert was very good. It was a good mix of crunchy, tart, and sweet.

Really enjoyed my birthday dinner there! The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The inside is beautiful and makes you feel you are in Paris! Love the food and def recommend it. Cheaper than other high end restaurants yet you feel fancy and your date feels fancy too!

Bellemore stole my heart, And trap my soul there with them. I have to go back to get them back.
The food is beyond amazing, wine pairings and introduction is professional and we love the cozy environment. We had an ultimate dining experience with Bellemore and I can’t wait to go back again.

An amazing dinner experience. Heirloom tomatoes were unbelievable. The monkfish went on the menu this evening and in was prepared with a red curry sauce. So good. The sweet corn dessert is not to be missed.

To start things off, the staff were very welcoming. I had multiple people come and greet me, as well as check up on me while I was waiting for the rest of my party to arrive. The interior is stupidly beautiful. The lighting could be a bit brighter, but I'm sure that would defeat the purpose of the ambiance for the mood. The windows alone let in enough light to keep the place lit until Sunset. Moving onto the food, everything was as expected, for the most part. To start off with appetizers, we had ordered the Wild Burgundy Snails, Veal Sweetbreads, Hokkaido Scallop Crudo and the infamous Oyster Pie. Each dish was full of flavor and delicious. The only exception to this was the scallop crudo, which wasn't to my particular taste. I would've preferred it to be more smoky, but again, personal preference, no ill intent towards the dish. I also wish that the Oyster Pie were bigger. I had never realized how small it was until I had ordered it. For the price of it, you would assume a bigger slice (pictures are deceiving). Moving on to entrees, we had ordered three: Wild Arctic Char, Wagyu Tri-Tip and Lamb Loin. All three were equally amazing but if I had to pick, it'd be a split down the middle between the lamb and wagyu. Both were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. To finish off dinner, we ordered two desserts: Roasted Vanilla Pavlova and Tres Leches Cake. The Tres Leches Cake didn't really taste like Tres Leches, but that's not a bad thing, it was delicious none-the-less. The pavlova was very sweet, but not overly to the point of having a possible toothache afterwards. To end the night, we were presented with complimentary confections. The menu may be small, but it does the job. I had a party of four and this was a sufficient amount of food; however, I would have been more than happy to order at least two-to-three more items to taste.

I picked this place for my boyfriend and I to go to for Restaurant Week 2020 and I’m so glad I did! The ambiance of the restaurant was upscale, classy, glamorous and chic I loved the color scheme and decor.
Our server was very professional yet friendly and she gave us recommendations and specials for the night. We ended up getting Venison Tartare, Kona Kanpachi, Shrimp & Grits, Rigatoni, Artic Char, Skirt Steak, Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake, Banana Pudding. Every single thing was absolutely delicious! I would 100% come back here!

Food is delicious and has many creative spins to American classics. I really liked the carrot toast, which came with roasted carrot, pistachios, mint and lime. The sweet potato tots are also really good; it's fried in a batter that makes the dish very fluffy and lighter than usual tater tots. I loved the fried chicken sandwich. Definitely has a kick (I believe chili powder?) but just all around great.

A must when visiting Chicago! Their menu is always changing and that makes it even more exciting! The cocktails are one of a kind! The staff is great. It's one of those restaurants where you never have the same experience once ,but it does always get better!

Complex textures made these dishes stand out- beyond the display, interesting flavor combinations, and unique ingredients, the thoughtful way they're constructed makes all the difference.
Favorite was the Icelandic cod.

Oh wow, I was blown away by the quality of dishes at Bellemore. Makes me feel like I need to come back to Chicago again to try more dishes on the menu! The chicken must be the most tender I've tasted in my life! Shaved foie gras was extremely interesting and paired with the other ingredients in the dish makes for such a magical mix of flavours! Oh and I almost forgot the sweetbread. Even if you aren't a fan of sweetbread, do yourself a favour and try it out at Bellemore and perhaps then you will become a convert!

Bellemore is the latest installment in Boka restaurant group's sterling stable of culinary gems. At the time of this writing, Bellemore has been open for 4 weeks yet it already seems confident in flavor, aesthetic, and attitude. The menu is simple, split into three sections, and practically begging to be shared. We enjoyed a light and acidic Hiramasa crudo, which was paired with mandarins and marinated in vinegar. The Winter Salad was impressive for it's texture, variety, and presentation. Pumpkin seeds for crunch, beets for sweetness, whipped Gorgonzola for a smooth, salty finish along with tangy pomegranate seeds. Our server suggested we try the braised lamb belly, and with Greek chef Jimmy Papadopoulos at the helm, I was confident in the execution. It was succulent without being greasy and along with the savory persimmon marmalade and sheep's milk feta made for a balanced composition. The Chestnut papardelle was another textural success blending roasted pears with chestnuts and shaved truffle, creating a complex but satisfying flavor. Finally the duck done 3 ways had the feeling and finesse for a signature dish. Duck dry aged for 20 days fashioned into a fried croquette, a wonderfully crispy and flavorful duck breast with farro, and a decadent duck heart sausage. Desserts were also well executed and ornate, adding to the artistic flair of Bellemore's ambience. Service was excellent, thorough, and knowledgeable. The environments design is flawless with brief aberrations that add character. I will definitely be coming back!
