My family came for breakfast here. There was 9 of us and they accommodated us with no problems. The waiter got everything right and was on time as well. The food is always good! It was my spouse first time and he was in love lol. They best breakfast in town!

As always, the buckwheat pancakes and sides were delicious and served hot. Despite our large mixed group, the server was attentive, suggested best options, remembered every order, and was both friendly and efficient.

Love this place! Black owned! Carl takes care of employees very well & you can tell he truly cares about them! The food always tastes fresh! I don’t live in the Chi anymore, however I always come back every time I’m back home visiting my people. Highly recommend!

Everyone that works here DOES WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!!! from greeting you with pleasantries, ensuring a short wait time, smiling and friendly wait staff, hot and delicious pancakes and all the other things. I can tell management has a strong presence and they work as a team!! I LOVE TO SEE THIS!! Continue to ADD value to the community by letting all people of color feast in harmony and laughter!! First time at this location. Very short wait to be seated. Noisy atmosphere. Large menu. So much to choose from. Our waitress seemed to be having a rough day but provided ok service. Bacon stuff pancakes with pecans were great. Be careful parking in the lot. Some spaces are for specific businesses. Plan to visit again.

The food was amazing! Though we had to wait around 30 minutes for our food, the wait was definitely worth it. The staff was also really nice. Definitely will come back here if I go to Chicago again.

While visiting Chicago, I went here for breakfast and had the Mandarin Crepes! The orange juice was fresh squeezed and so good and light. Everything was absolutely awesome! Next time I visit this will be a must stop!
