Outdoor sitting. With the well known corner bakery menu. Healthy, well prepared, well presented. A very rich coffee, I recommend the blender of the house. It is a place with an atmosphere to relax, work on your laptop, eat something fast, delicious and not expensive. This is opposite the Northwester Hospital. Close to michigan avenue and Lake Michigan. Accessible to public transport. Friendly and bilingual staff.
The pasta had so flavorful with shrimp so fresh. The salads are a very good size and so healthy with flavorful dressing choices. So many good choices!
Busy spot for breakfast. Called in twice had a great breakfast both times.
There was a queue of about 10 people, but quickly managed by very pleasant staff. Food delivered quickly.
The menu has lots of options, most healthy items and a good vegetarian selection. Would recommend, I can imagine when the weather is warmer it’s a lovely place to sit outside, on a not too busy intersection.

The food was delicious. I had both pasta and sandwich both was good expect the sandwich was mostly bread with maybe 1 slice of meat. However, the customer service was amazing. It was one guy in there that was exceptional. He was on his was out the door to go home and came back in as he notice we had no crackers for our soup. That's a person who cares and obviously will stop in his tracks to make sure your service is phenomenal. All the staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional.
My family and I were in town for a graduation, and we had a quick breakfast here one morning. The food was quick and good, and a great option for an affordable meal in an expensive part of town.
What was really great about this location was the staff. Specifically Monique and Will. Monique was so sweet talking to my mom, and so friendly and helpful taking our orders. It was my birthday as well as my sister’s, and she gave us a little chocolate Bundt cake (which was so good). That was so nice of her. And Will brought our food out and cleared our dishes, while also providing recommendations in the area and just being generally personable. Their service really made the visit great.
Great spot to grab a bite when we are visiting Chicago. The gentleman cleaning tables was amazing in his attentiveness to the guests dining in! The menu is reasonably priced, consistently good, and the outdoor patio is a great place to have some coffee. The service was a lot better than the Starbucks across the street :)
