Review Pinstripes - Chicago

Atmosphere was fun. We sat at the bar during a menu change and my drink was forgotten about. I did re-ask for it and received it. The food was great; however my friend expressed a pistachio allergy and the pesto was supposed to contain pistachio. The dish arrived with pesto, to which we were told there was none. She ate around it.

Thank you for accommodating 12 people at the last minute they were able to book us in 15 minutes after we called. The food was awesome. The atmosphere was great, Ryan our waiter was fun. My French fries were not hot, however he changed them, Great bottomless, mimosas, & drinks. Will return Thanks so much to the Chefs who never get recognized.

Wonderful place to dine in with friends and family. They have indoor and beautiful outdoor seating to enjoy the Chicago river view through their first floor terrace. They have bowling lanes as well. Went there for weekend brunch buffet with friends; their food counters and bottomless mimosas (per person) are open until 3:00 pm. Lots of food options and plenty of desserts. There was a omelette station and a waffle station as well. Loved it! Overall great experience.

We were in town visiting some friends, and we stopped here for a late lunch before heading over to the jazz festival in Millennium Park. The service was great and the burger was really good! Definitely recommend checking them out.

Me and my boyfriend had a date night here on 9/4/23 and everything was amazing the waitress had a attitude problem maybe she was having a bad day idk but we still enjoyed the food and bowling we will be back for sure thanks for having us pinstripes Chicago !

An exceptional place to have annual events. For any person that seldom goes out, your place to experience.

Delicious spaghetti with meat sauce & meat balls, picalamari appetizer, and absolutely scrumptious lobster 🦞 bisque!

This is definitely a GREAT place to check out if your in search of affordable food and fun!!! I got their BLT which came with Parmesan fries and a homemade ketchup (you could taste the tomato!) it was soooooooo good! I would’ve given this place a 5 out of 5, but the service just wasn’t the best that day. Perhaps it’s cause they were short staffed, which happens. Then we played Bocce ball which was also very affordable and fun, and the front desk was friendly enough to show us how to play! Overall, it was a great experience.

Sunday brunch here was amazing! The food presentation and taste were amazing!

I booked this place for a work event and it was a fantastic experience. The sales team was professional, responsive, and made the process for booking the venue easy and smooth. The wait staff provided top notch service and did a great job managing a group of nearly 70 people. The food and cocktails were also great. My group had a fantastic time socializing and bowling with great food and drinks. I would highly recommend it as an option for anyone looking for a fun venue for corporate events.

It is very important to make reservations beforehand. Loved playing Bocce indoors. Easy to order food and play while waiting for food. Next time, we will probably do both Bocce and bowling for more fun. And may include a dinner reservation in the dining room. Lots of places to have ride service drop you off in front.

Super cool atmosphere, awesome outdoor dining by the slip, great happy hour and awesome steak deal on Tues!! Our waitress didn’t seem overly excited to be working (and brought us the wrong beers and forgot to split the checks and seemed frustrated to do it at the end) but she had a long walk to serve us plus gave us drinks from the table next to us that ordered and left - so that more than made up for it :). Great place!!

So my family Celebrated graduate’s of 2022, And let me just say the atmosphere was Really Good I Truly Enjoyed the music. Our waiter Tim was Very Knowledgeable About Some Food Items we wanted to order,The food was outstanding Everything was Really Good. I order the pizza, my Granddaughter had a cheeseburger and wings that were fried hard and good . Yes I tried them, My Son order the spicy chicken sandwich which was good too. , My Daughter n Law had a salad and the Twins had tenders. I Definitely will be going back to try other dishes. Oh I forgot to mention we all so bowled which was a lot of fun!!!!

We made reservations for Pinstripes downtown Chicago. We made the reservations 2 weeks out with plenty of notice. We arrived 20 minutes early and immediately were taken to a table downstairs in a room that had empty tables and occupied tables. We were told to wait on a side while the host was trying to figure out where to put us while we stood in front of a table watching them eat. The room we were having brunch in looked like we were at a wedding or banquet hall and the table only had a flower vase on it. That whole experience was enough for us to leave but we decided to stay knowing it was late to go some where else and accommodate a party of 7. The food it self was disgusting for the simple fact that the food was in a metal black hot box with no labels. These chafers look like they belong on a construction site. The food was stuffed into these holding containers and was really hot to the point the yellow squash and veggies was not appetizing, completely overcooked mush. The Prime rib was over cooked the whole time I was there Med Well with quarter sections being brought down for the carving station. The Prime Rib was ice cold even though it was under a heat lamp and no flavor. The omlette station was a complete mess with food debris everywhere and ingredients constantly running low. The dessert table was a complete JOKE! No Rice krispie, No Strawberries and the other items displayed were savaged through in which did not look good. The chocolate fountain is all show!! It seemed as no one cared about food quality at all, with a Chef and Manager present on the floor. We were told the Mimosa was complimentary and we were charged for 4 of them. We will NEVER be back at Pin Stripes or will I ever recommend it to anyone. I was trying to show my family a good time with a great brunch experience and all we got was a bill costing us $280 and garbage food. Their is way better options of food and brunch let alone the over priced bowling and bocce ball.��

Miscommunication the server's was giving. The group had brunch and the server's stated free champagne and orange juice.we also explained we were bowling as well. Then he stated we can bring you more over so we said keep them coming then they stated they are $4 each. Wow!!!!! On top of it all the brunch was higher because Santa was there. I will not recommended this place.

HUGE shoutout to our waiter Corey who made our Mother’s Day experience so amazing! He was so attentive, kind, and cool. Our true soulmate of a server. He really took our day to the next level and we were so happy to have made such great memories. We would definitely recommend Pinstripes to anyone looking for great food and some fun!

Pinstripes waiters were awesome especially the manager and the waiter Jeremy! Very modern hip atmosphere great food great service! Love the flatbread pizza! Different toppings very unique I had the barbecue chicken and cheese it was amazing! Outdoor patio front and back, underground party area. Lots of big screen TVs to watch the games a bowling alley and an area to play tunk I believe.

We managed to get a card for a free pizza before 5pm, I'm guessing to generate some revenue during slow business hours. Definitely no complaints, the staff was prompt and friendly, and the food was delicious. We decided to order dessert which consisted of a brownie and a fantastic pumpkin spice gelato, easily one of the best desserts I've ever had. It was our first visit to the restaurant, but we're happily making plans to return.

When you take a 17 yr old boy for a cheeseburger and he mentions how great it was, it must have been really good. I had the veggie burger. It is spicy. If you like some heat spicy, it’s excellent. Beautiful setting on balcony along river.

Dinner was amazing, Celebrating our daughters birthday 🎂 but when we went downstairs to do our 2 hour bowling we didn’t have a server, so we asked and they said she was in the washroom so we waited, and waited not having enough wait staff on the weekend for our large party was a bummer. So finally our server from dinner came to help us but then he go busy upstairs so now no server again. We started helping ourselfs to our own water. So needless to say the ending to our fun time put a damper on the rest of our night. Finally as we were ready to leave then the manger comes around and made excuse. To little to late. So we will stick to Pinstripes in Lombard😏

I love this place . We had a private room and the waitress we had was absolutely wonderful.We were treat like celebrities. We will come back again

The best place to have a wedding! The ceremonial setting was beautiful, the food was great, Jessica and the wait staff were awesome, and the guests loved the fact they could bowl. But best of all, my daughter and her new husband were treated like royalty. Thank you all for a memorable day!!!

Was greeted right away. Wasn’t expecting much in food from a bowling alley. But I was and the rest of people I was with were blowin away with the food and service. I could kick myself for not trying the lobster bisque, my friend said it was awesome. I had the fettuccini bolognese and the layers of flavor were outstanding. Whomever is in the kitchen know what they are doing. Will be back.

Great food great staff great place to watch fireworks

Solid food, great ambiance and the back deck is a gem in Streeterville. The only problem is that in the last 2 years, the menu hasn’t really changed. The flatbreads are great and if you need a Sunday buffet, this is it!

Nice plane, great location on the river with nice outdoor seating. Two of us had the flatbreads such presented well but was a bit bland. Our server was great and w had a large group..

Customer service was horrible. The lanes kept shutting down and it took way to long for a manager to correct it. They also offer "unlimited drinks" for 2 hours but they short staff you so you will only get 3 drinks in the whole 2 hours. Better off bringing your party somewhere else to bowl or socialize.
