There are several locations of Yolk, I’m glad we decided to visit this one . The wait wasn’t long on a Sunday morning around 10am. We were seated and served quickly. I had the corn beef hash , not a normal order for me , but I thoroughly enjoyed it . My husband had a basic breakfast of grits , eggs
This was my first ever brunch in the US (since I live in Europe) and was so so good. The place is so nice and it’s located very close to some famous sightseeing places like the “Bean”, so it’s perfect for a weekend brunch and strollz. 😍 The food was also really good, especially the avocado toast and
Love this place. My Eggs Benedict was perfect, and the house made hollandaise did not disappoint. The cheesy grits were PERFECT, and the oatmeal and fresh berries were a delight. Service was prompt and attentive, and the decor is bright and cheerful, despite the dreary rain outside. Highly recommend
Loved the food. Crepes were delicious and got an egg scramble with potatoes; service was also amazing! They have so many options and creative food choices which I enjoyed, and will come back to try them all for sure. Wait times can be super busy in the morning but I am down to wait for a delicious b
Went there at around 10:30am, Saturday in late August. The restaurant was busy so had to wait for a table / signed in on the waiting list. After about 10-15 minutes, I received the text message that our table was ready. Service throughout was outstanding. A special thanks to our waitress Leslie M. F
1st time eating here. It was good. I had the banana crunch blueberry and the banana nut bread French toast with the yolk all-star, added on potatoes. The potatoes is why I gave 4 stars. Although they were seasoned pretty well, they were a tad under cooked. Overall still would recommend and eat here
Arrived at this cute restaurant and was immediately seated, which was so nice. We got our food very quickly and the waiter was great. The downside was my sandwich(which comes out to you pre-cut) was maybe rushed? I ate the one half of my sandwich was absolutely delicious, but when I went to eat the
good breakfast food, but the portions are HUGE (like…too big…) - except for drinks, which are teeny tiny. vegetarian, vegan, and gf options. very attentive servers.
Walked here for a semi-quick lunch during a conference as a solo diner, and I loved it! Opted for a little bit lighter fare (lemon herb salmon salad) since I had to stay awake for my afternoon sessions and couldn't easily manage leftovers, but otherwise I absolutely would have tried something from t
We came here as a family of 3 without reservations and got right in! Very busy place with quick service. Our server was polite and got our orders right. Food was tasty and fun and definitely worth a visit. Close to a lot. We started off with a carafe of the orange-strawberry juice and pour over coff
Overall we had a good experience here. We ordered vanilla lattes to start and both were really good, some of the best coffee we have had in Chicago. We shared a single slice of the Red Velvet French Toast which was so good. It might have been too much to order by itself since it is literally red ve
My first time here everything was perfect . Plenty of seating and not a long wait . They have a very unique and extensive menu. Portions are great as I looked around so we decided to share and it and was the right choice . I will be back if ever in the area again …. Highly recommend you try it out …
This was my first time at this chain after wanting to try it for some time now. I absolutely loved it the homemade corned beef was the best I ever had and my son was a big fan of the pancakes. Update: I went back and had the salmon and eggs. So delicious
Insanely delicious!!!! I visited this place on a Monday morning around 10am and it was very quiet. I got a table right away. Good service and the best part......Banana Nut bread French toast...OMG! Super moist bread and not too sweet. Wow! Can't wait to go back to Chi-town
Portions are very American sized generous, anyone who’s been starving in the desert for days won’t be able to finish it. Got the corned beef hash as it was home made corned beef. Liked that it was less salty and meat tasted more fresh vs what you normally get. Refreshing enough to get a taste of i
