Reason for visiting: travelling; dinner before the Chicago Bulls game Date/time of visit: Monday night, ~5:30 PM Parking: street parking; kinda hard to find, especially if just visiting 😀 I would try to Uber or stay close by. Parking is pretty hard/crazy around the area Party size: 5 Environment/ambience: quiet atmosphere, a bit upscale so wouldnt recommend shorts or anything; I wore jeans and a jacket. Others were roughly the same, business casual. A little dark and quiet so no loud conversations. No TVs around, not that I saw. Didn't use the restroom but would assume it's spotless 😀 Service: great; service was great. Friendly and always around if you need something. Food: great too; tried the old fashioned, brussel sprouts, truffled garlic bread, and the prime aged steak. All were great; steak maybe SLIGHTLY undercooked but still delish. Cost: $510 with tip; 3 adults, 2 kids

We visited during a 22 year anniversary, which I made a comment when I made the reservation, when we arrived to check in, no one knew of the anniversary! The waiter, which I might add, was absolutely amazing, had to ask if we were celebrating anything special that night! It was but a minor detail! The food was hot, just the way we like it, our drinks were cold, and the service was phenomenal !! It's a shame that we were not hungry when we got to the restaurant, otherwise we would have eaten the entire menu!!

Came on a date night and I always come here for Carbonara as it’s one of my favorites! Service is always superb! I got the carbonara and Spritz & Giggles Cocktail. Will always come back here

Everything was great and most of the food tasted amazing. Service was awesome and waitres was very atentative and with a smile on her face. Only complaint is that the capers on the Dover Sole vere extremely salty that overpowered the fish. They were saltier than salt :), and for me this did not taste good. Will defenetly go there again to try something else.

I wouldn't say it's the best Italian around, but it's up there! The drinks were great and the food was great too! I was a little disappointed with the brussel sprouts - definitely had better, so don't come for that. The food, however, was worth it. Very filling for the portion sizes. The whipped ricotta honey spread on focaccia was definitely a highlight. My partner loved her spicy crab pasta. The chicken parm was decent but I'd probably go with something more adventurous if I was you. Overall, this is a decent spot for food and drinks over a nice date night or dinner with a small group.

Service and atmosphere were great but the food was plain and boring. Started with the zucchini fritti which was amazing. Based on that we were excited for dinner only to be underwhelmed by 2 pasta dishes that lacked flavor. I’d go again for drinks and appetizers but you’ll find better entrees elsewhere.

I'm a video producer based in New York City, and I never miss a chance to visit this incredible place whenever I'm in Chicago. The food is simply outstanding, and what sets them apart is their exceptional accommodation of Gluten-Free allergies. The atmosphere is fantastic, and I've never had a disappointing experience here. The host is absolutely top-notch, she makes you feel welcomed from the moment you step in. The waitstaff consistently delivers excellent service, making each visit memorable. I've brought my family, friends, and colleagues here monthly, and it's become a tradition, despite the fact that I don't even live in the state. The restaurant is so good that I once considered driving all the way from NYC to their DC location. That's a testament to how much I love this place. If you decide to dine here, be sure to mention that SteffyG sent you! Enjoy!

Had a great time and some good food here. I had chicken parm, truffle garlic bread, spicy brocolini and doughnuts for dessert. My girlfriend had the scallops. Everything was good. Service was very good. My only complaint was the glass to the outside faced me and there is a fire department across the street. So I had strobe lights facing me the majority of the dinner whenever EMS was called. It happened probably 3 or 4 times while we were there. I know they can't control that, but maybe could do a different window treatment or curtains or something.

Really good Italian restaurant with a nice vibe. The bruschetta was amazing as well as the octopus it was crispy on the outside and really soft on the inside. The black truffle chicken was good but it needs more sauce on the side or on the platter, the chicken Parm is a must it was really good it comes with pasta but one good twist to it is to change it for a vacío e pepe. As for deserts the chocolate mousse with caramel at the bottom was the winner. Great restaurant to go with friends or for business.

I went to RPM Italian for the first time last night, and had a wonderful experience! The staff were all very welcoming, engaged, and polite. They even went out their way to accommodate my party, which I greatly appreciated. It was a wonderful atmosphere, it gave off a very high end, lovely vibe. For food we ordered Carbonara, Mama DePandi's Bucatini, Prime Beef Meatballs, & Rigatoni Alla Vodka. All of the food was exceptional, the house made pasta was fresh. We drank espresso martinis that were delicious. Our waiter was very knowledge of the menu and was very helpful. I cannot wait to go back!
