Sbarro

It seemed pretty busy today which was understandable. There was 2 nice young ladies with glasses I wish I could remember there names that took my order I felt kind of bad because it seemed understaffed which is kind of typical now considering the circumstances. What was unfortunate was there was another gentleman there that I thought would jump in to help but whatever was in his phone seemed more important. The food was decent seemed not cooked evenly but I guess it is what it is. He didn't seemed to paying much attention to it.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Restaurant staff/ servers don’t have any idea of what customer service is, staff was rude, disrespectful, and the cashier rushed us. They were annoyed and apparently angry when they were serving us the food, seems like hate customers and people! 😡. That is not all…staff had NO Mask and gloves when they served out food!!! The food was disgusting, the salad I purchased was all black and the croutons were sagging (who wants to eat like that?), the pizza 🍕 they gave us was spoiled with fresh cheese on top. When we brought it to staff attention, they got defensive, more disrespectful, the cashier and manager insulted us and they asked us to leave immediately! Really? What is this? Is these a joke? What type of business is this to treat people like that? Cashier ans manager refused to give a refund- 😡😡😡😡 I am NOT happy, I think they need to be trained and monitor this restaurant, specially for all the money Sbarro Corporate take from us the customers! I want an apology, my money back and someone to take care of this business seriously, respectfully and gratefully. Do NOT EAT there! You will be sick 😷🤒🤢🤮
