Order extra cheese on my pizza and didn't receive it. On the receipt it even says extra cheese. I know it's a simple mistake, but that's a whole extra dollar. Didnt get the pizza I ordered but they made it sort of right by saying the next pizza's free. The one I got was delicious and i would've given them five stars if the order was correct. Excellent pizza!

We love papa john's. Kind of hit or miss on how soft/hard your crust is going to be. I order on the app but always have good service when picking up!
