Amazing food and service, the breakfast calzone was perfectly made but I’d love if they had some hot sauces available at the bar! The cold espresso was great too and I haven’t had a danish so perfect in my entire life- try the almond blossom warmed it’s to die for
Delicious apple strudel! Nice staff, quaint vibe, great selection of pastries and coffee. They actually have paper newspapers!!! I'd chill here on a weekend morning.
The pastries and service were excellent! I got an iced dirty chai and it was flipping great!...nice and cool inside, which was a big plus during the hot summer times. Would come again for sure 👍....
I was visiting the area for a fishing tournament and stopped here because my partners wife wanted something. I didn’t plan on buying anything but left this magical place with all manner of delicious pastries from savory pesto chicken calzones to an absolute perfect Apple strudel and 10 other things. I live in Bishop California, the home of the famous Schat’s Bakery, but I wish this place was closer to home. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
Absolutely exceptional pastries and coffee! The breakfast calzone (sausage, egg, smoked Gouda in a flaky crust) is amazing and every pastry we've tried is perfect. On top of that, the coffee is strong and delicious! Will be stopping by anytime we're in Chester. Thank you!
Incredible service and food. Best latte I’ve had in a while. Fabulous selection of import beers. Unfortunately we were short on time so we just got a bunch of food and beers and went to the lake. Amazing pastries, I’ll be stopping by anytime I’m within an hours drive for sure!! The boysenberry cream tart thing was 10/10.
The cutest little shop with some of the most amazing food I have had in a long time! They have breakfast calzones, and the crust is an absolutely heavenly experience. We tried the ham, potato and cheese calzone, warmed up, and ended up getting a second one because the first disappeared so quickly! The kids got hot chocolate, and one got a warmed chocolate chip cookie the size of his face, and the other picked up a peanut butter bar that took him 2 days to finish. The woman who does the baking is a tiny powerhouse who must get there so early to work her magic. This place is worth a daytrip!

Amazing french pastries. Delicious Americano. We ordered a breakfast pastry then shared multiple sweet pastries and cookies. We'll go here on 100% of our visits going forward!

The pastries here were insanely good. Everything melted in your mouth and tasted amazing. My mouth is watering just thinking about them.
The decor featured a lot of knick knacks from the Netherlands and Bavaria. It was pretty cute.
While we were there, there was only one lady working there. That meant service was a little slow, but she was very friendly and the pastries were 100% worth the wait.
All in all, I would recommend it and return.
This place is absolutely incredible. The owner was wonderful and friendly. He made small samplers of new recipes and treats and brought them out for the customers to try. He was very open for discussion and what they could improve on. The cafe had the perfect combo of quick bites and a vibe of welcoming. I felt very comfortable sitting for multiple hours eating cookies, drinking coffee, and chatting. This place is a great addition to Chester and I would recommend anyone to go there.

I love the European ambiance of this warm coffee shop! It’s the perfect place for a pastry and coffee while getting some work done. The owner is so accommodating, kind, and an amazing baker! Lucky to have this nearby for the summer.
Nice new coffee shop!! Opened in June of 2019. The food is all prepared on-site and it is all amazing. Everything from savory pesto/chicken/potato calzone to freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and bear claws. Fast Wifi too! Deli sandwiches for lunch as well.
Awesome pastries...sweet and savory. We stopped in twice during our stay at the lake. Friendly service with a personal touch.
Best coffee I’ve tried so far in Chester. Latte extra ice, one shake one sip is the rules. Latte gets an 8.8. The place is very clean, well decorated, plenty of parking, excellent selection of pastries.
All the pastries and calzones we got were absolutely delicious! We were delighted that we decided to try the food at this cafe. Will be adding this to our list of places to go in Chester, definitely recommend!

This is the best place in Chester!! All of the pastries are handmade with love, and you can taste it in every bite. They have options for everyone, and have some of the best vegetarian pastries I’ve ever had! Rachel is amazing and so sweet, I recommend this place to everyone passing through town or stopping in for a few days.
Delicious!!! The breakfast was fantastic and great for on the go or sitting out on their patio! We had a sausage and Gouda breakfast calzone and a bacon and cheddar quiche and both were baked/cooked to perfection! The coffee was also very good, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of beer and pastries! Highly recommend!! Plus the staff is so friendly!
