Delicious food! The bartender André was very helpful explaining the menu options. The place is a calm ambient and relaxing.. If you are looking to sit down, talk, eat a absolutely delicious dinner, and have a couple drinks, this is the place!. The price is fair for the quality and a lot better compared to the other brazilian restaurants around this area. I am definitely going back!
My absolute favorite restaurant on Kent Island. You could throw a dart at their menu and love any choice you would land on. Great prices and incredible small plates. Also the best burgers on the island by far!

Service is attentive but not overbearing, menu has nice range, and the food we order is always delicious and exactly as requested. We've never had a bad meal here.
This was the best food!! I had Mahi Mahi Tacos 10 stars, And my bf had the best steak, mash potatoes, mushrooms. He said 10 Stars!! I'll give your restaurant 10 stars! You are neat, very clean!! Very friendly!!!

I especially liked that when any one of the waitstaff were walking by your table, they stopped to pick up an empty plate or refilled your drink.

There's a common theme among the reviews about service or kitchen hangups. And although we did experience a hang-up with the timing of the food, the staff made up for it. And the food was phenomenal, litterally the best meal I've had all year. (Sword fish and Mac and cheese.) I will eat here again the next time I'm in the area for sure.
Great Brazilian inspired menu at decent prices for what you get
It’s getting harder to find great food at lunchtime with so many restaurants limiting their hours due to staff shortages. I found my way to Frix’s. The food is the main draw. During my meal I noticed many patrons didn’t need a menu. They were returning for a fix of their favorite dish - a different dish for each. I had the mahi-mahi entree and it was wonderful - smoky, sweet with a hint of spice. The service was fantastic. Once you get past the strip mall, the restaurant is cozy.
The crab dip was pretty good and the jalapeno poppers and the dipping sauce were amazing. The kids loved their plates. The mahi mahi was delicious. Anderson was the perfect waiter and we'll definitely be making a return trip.
Went in kind of early on a Sunday evening, we were probably the first table of the evening.
The waiter was very attentive, suggested a few things, explained what we asked about.
We had the cod fish fritters appetizer - delicious
My son had the steak with eggs and rice and black beans and ate every last bite.
I had the shrimp in coconut broth with mango rice - AMAZING!

Delicious food!!! The Southwest Pastel basket was AMAZING!!!!!!! the soup was INCREDIBLE! My Bife Acebolado was so tender and DELICIOUS!!! My husband ordered the chicken meal. He wasn't impressed. It was simple and light. Tasted good just simple. Would absolutely recommend!
Best burgers and live tunes in town!! Nice pricing on wine by the glass. Lambchops are bangin’ also!! Not too shabby. Love the ambience and servers!!
The service was great, food came out as expected and was delicious. The atmosphere was laid back and all the tables were seated when we arrived. This was the second time we had dinner here. We will definitely be returning. We had a great dining experience.
We have always loved Frix's, went last night, sat at the bar and enjoyed greatly! We had drinks, crab dip, and then ceasar salad topped with sirloin, and the goat cheese arugula salad with the shrimp Camaro on the side. All was great and the bartender is always fun. I recommend checking them out if you have not. Excellent atmosphere as always
I think the food tasted good, a little bland on the seasonings. I wouldn't classify this as a Brazilian steak house because of the steak and the flavors, but that's much opinion. The service was great all the ladies were pleasant and attentive. I think the prices for the food are a bit much but because they are "Brazilian" I think that's why they charge that amount. Overall it was a pleasant experience!
Andre is a great server! The food was excellent and it was well worth the price. The steak was melt in your mouth delicious. A very nice surprise after a long drive over the Bay Bridge. We will be back again.

Wow! Do yourself a favor and bypass the ordinary and stop in for some amazing Brazilian fare. Delicious and creative and unique. We had the homemade soup, mahi-mahi and veggie melt but their specialty is the roasted meats. We’ll be back soon for that.
On vacation and decided to have dinner here. Our food was OUTSTANDING, the flavor, variety and portion size top shelf... Cozy and relaxed dining atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Service was stellar, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
