Went for the first time last night and was delighted at every aspect of our experience at this establishment. It's beautiful and feels peaceful inside. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Christina was our server and was really wonderful.
I'm vegan and was unsure if they would be able to accommodate me but we called head and they assured me they would. They created a special dish just for me (it was absolutely fantastic)!
We will definitely be coming back again and again. I highly recommend you check this place out.
It took me way too long to get here but last week I decided to make it a priority. This restaurant is absolutely fantastic, from the food and drinks to the service. Everything is A+ here. The hardest part is deciding what you want to order off the menu. I opted for the Highway to Hana cocktail, the octopus appetizer, and the burger. Unfortunately there was no room from dessert. The service is absolutely excellent and spot on. I definitely look forward to returning. There is certainly a reason why they are one of the top 30 restaurants in New Jersey.
Amazing restaurant. Artistic and delicious dishes. There should be a line out the door.
Locally sourced, fresh and one of the best meals anywhere. NYC quality at half the price.
A gem that should not be missed.
This is not a typical review because we attended a special farm series meal at White Birch last night featuring 100 year old and local Ort Farm. The tables were beautifully decorated and we were offered a glass of champagne when we entered. The pre-determined tasting menu was delicious and we loved the tuna gazpacho. The staff was amazingly pleasant and looked like they were enjoying themselves which lifts the spirit of the meal. We shared the night with good friends which always makes for a fun night out. Can't wait to go back for standard fare there which I understand is also fantastic.

Excellent. Rather unique takes on standard fare. For example the double pork chop was spectacular not only because it was cooked perfectly but because of the sauces that they were in. I wish I could do justice to the soup I had, but to be candid it was too complex for me to remember all the details. Nevertheless the flavors were spectacular. All I can tell you was that it was a pork broth soup with all kinds snojes and savory vecerakves. The poached egg sitting in the middle of the soup was an exceptionally unusual thing for me to see. Nevertheless, it tasted magnificent. But again, that does not do it justice. And speaking of excellent, the second course I had consisted of an onion tart. Just the most unique thing I have had in many a year. Savory sweet onions in a to die for pastry. It's a don't miss kind of item, even if you're not a big onion lover. Well worth giving it a try. The deserts, once again, word unique in their presentation and their flavors. I have rice pudding which one would think there isn't much that can be done. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Restaurant became completely full and to be candid was quite loud. Almost to the point of it being a bit difficult to hold a conversation. Service was excellent and they were well-trained to check frequently that all was to your liking. I highly recommend restaurant and for you to give it a try. Keep in mind however, that I can add to help very quickly on the final bill. Oh, by the way, it's a BYO. Will be going back in the not-too-distant future. They've only been open 7 months. We wish them all the best they certainly have everything they need to be a success.
Came here for lunch. Had the Korean Brisket Sammy and Pumpkin beer. All menu items looked interesting (hard to decide), but was happy with my choice. Little hidden gem in a small town. Love that it’s farm to table. Everything tasted amazing and will definitely be back soon. Like probably next week soon. 😁
The chef uses local and seasonal ingredients so the menu is always a little different each time we go. The flavors and selection is always unique. We enjoy being able to have such a unique dining experience compared to the average fine dining restaurant.
Great experience. We decided to eat here after passing by the place dozens of times and I'm really glad we did. The baby back ribs appetizer stole the show for me: tons of flavor and perfectly cooked. A good sized portion, too, especially for an app. I went with the roast chicken entrée and it, too, was very good. The menu is really interesting and we will definitely be back to try some more options. (I've got my eye on that double cut pork tomahawk...)
This locally sourced menu is unreal, but our server Jules truly made the night an experience. She was the friendliest and most accommodating server we've had the pleasure to take care of us. If you're looking for great food and service on a weekend, call White Birch and ask for Jules.

Ate here for the first time last night and I will definitely be coming back! The food is absolutely spectacular. This is a farm to table restaurant and the ingredients were so fresh. Everything was prepared absolutely perfectly. The menu changes often, I am told, due to availability. I had corn soup which was served with pork belly. Oh my god. The flavor of the soup was heavenly - not to mention dairy and gluten free (which is hard to find with soups)! A lot of the items were gluten/dairy free and they will cater to any food allergies. As an entree I had the hangar steak with creamer potatoes. Let's just say they did not ask me how I wanted it cooked but it was prepared perfectly. It was so tender, it melted in my mouth. The potatoes were also cooked perfectly. They fell apart with just a touch of my fork There was a horseradish aioli that was great with the steak and also over the fresh veggies on the dish. I was really impressed with the quality and preparation of the food. And the price point is definitely reasonable, especially for the quality. If you appreciate good, fresh, food with a bold, clean flavor, you need to try this place. You will not be disappointed.
Delighted with our experience here. Table of 4 and we all ordered something different. We didn't have a single item that wasn't outstanding. Guaranteed we will return. Service was a little slow but honestly that is to be expected these days.
This is a spiritual foodie experience from start to finish...simple, elegant and incredible food with love.

We absolutely love White Birch. The food, service and ambience is simply perfect. We are vegan and were nervous that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate our dietary needs. No need to be nervous! Chef Sam has made us some of the most creative and delicious vegan dishes! It’s just a really nice place to go and have a great meal. We highly recommend White Birch 🙂
