Fast and HOT, and I'm not just talking about the new Spicy Lovers pizza because that was hot and spicy and delicious! Our food was delivered hot and fast. They called and let us know was on the way and delivery guy called when he dropped it off by the door. Great experience

I paid for regular bone in wings for my boyfriend and when he got his order when I arrived home they were boneless wings (carryout order). Also every time I get delivery they forget my garlic sauce that I PAY for. Pizza hit is delicious but this location is strugglin'!

I will never order from pizza hut again. The quality has been declining for a while and yesterday was the final straw. There was no cheese and barely any toppings on the pizzas. The pizza that we waited over and hour to receive was cold. When we asked the driver to take it back and have the store remake it. She said that wasn't her job and we would have to take it back ourselves. I wish I could give zero stars. The pizza hut on taylor road is the absolute worst.

I ordered a pizza that was hand tossed and didn’t receive that pizza! The crust was supper thin and I only get the pizza because of the crust. The ham on the pizza was small and over burnt; the sausage was the same way!
The driver missed the note I left that said call before arrival (because of where I live), and he did not. He ended up waking the people I love with!
I understand that he was the only driver, but Pizza Hut needs to do better!!!
And my pizza is cold!!!!!!

If I could give 0 I would. Past 4 months every time I order for delivery from here, 2+ hours delivery time. When it finally get to you, it nasty.. they say " we only have one driver right now" he'll I was a delivery driver before.. the only on at the location, worked open to close every day, even in snow storms never 2 hours late. Pizza hut has gone down hill big time. Seems several locations are this way. Never again. I will take my money elsewhere.
