We had a horrible experience tonight! I ordered on the app like I usually do, since they rarely get the order wrong this way. I got in line after making the order. We waited nearly 45 minutes between getting in line and receiving our food.

After ordering 2 sweet teas recieved 2 sweet waters. Asked to have them exchanged for cups of ice. Given 2 1/4 cups of ice and an attitude. Food bag was a sloppy mess of toppings spilled all inside bag. Relieved no sauces.
