Would love to give 5 stars as they normally deserve it. Great food and until tonight always great and accurate service. Unfortunately, got home and my large Greek salad shrunk to barely a side Greek salad that is served in house. Shame on me for not checking whilst there. They did take the charge off after I notified them of the mistake over the phone. Kids devoured the pizza as normal but my wife and I are fighting over the salad. I suppose we can still share it!

Delivery is always slow and they usually destroy the pizza in the process. This time they forgot our sandwich and when we called they said they would make another. The driver had just forgotten it in the car and they delivered the one that was a couple hours old.

Absolutely zero service. We asked to sit at the bar. I guess you have to also ask for service at the bar.We then had more than one waiter walk past us only to get beer out of the bar and ignore us. Then we finally flag down someone to order our food, after this we got told our Oder wasnt placed yet and did we still want it. On top of being dirty this is the last place I’d want to go back to but I know there better than this or so I hope they are.

This used to be our go to pizza joint. Deliver or dine in... it was always a great experience. I have to say things have gone down hill. I'm only giving it two stars because of the years of great service, otherwise I'd have only given it one.

So much potential, but lack luster experience. Poor service and rancid food. After ordering unsweet tea, our server notified us that only sweet tea was available. Salads were them delivered with brown lettuce. My main meal, Philly sub was missing items and my husband's gnocchi was uneditable. The server disappeared for the next 30 minutes, so we couldn't even get our food fixed. The manager did try and make it right. This place has definitely gone down hill. It once was our go to Italian place. Don't think we will be back.

I have ordered from yknot at this location a couple of times and it's been good. Tonight
3-24-22 I ordered a 14 in deluxe pizza with extra Pepperoni at $28.00 + tip. The first delivery was a 14 in Pepperoni not extra Pepperoni. When I call the lady she said she was sorry and was putting a new order in, when this pizza showed up it was a 14 in Pepperoni with extra Pepperoni. Now I paid for what I wanted and never got what I wanted.she did say when I called back she would credit my account back.its now 8pm and iam eating something I didn't want.

My party walked in and was told it's a 10 minute wait which is cool. We wait for more then 10 minutes just to see people leave and a person behind the counter ask her coworker WHAT ARE THOSE PEOPLE WAITING FOR! Didn't bother getting a waitress for us. This place just isn't what it once was and personally I won't be coming back. Also please pick up the pepperoni that's laying next to the door you see it we all can see it.
