Review Showboat Restaurant - Chesaning

Amazing food and the warmest atmosphere around. It was a taste of home and felt like I was surrounded by family. I can't wait to go back! I loved the salad bar and the yummy roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and smothered in gravy. My husband had a delicious taco salad.

The food that I got was decent but the service wasn't great by any means. I ordered a steak with sweet potato fries and a salad. I got a steak with a baked sweet potato & no salad. We had to remind that waitress that we didn't receive our change & she hovered around the table 70% of our visit, not to mention the food is overpriced. I understand people can forget stuff but it wasn't a good experience & I won't be coming back. TLDR Mediocre/expensive food with poor service.

We come to the Showboat when we are in town visiting family. You can tell they have their regulars that come in, but we were treated with the same amount of friendliness! The food is good, we ate breakfast both times we were in, and it is exceptionally clean.

Had a meeting here using their upstairs area, wifi was not available so I used my hotspot but had coffee. Then went downstairs for lunch. Has a really nice salad bar and my sandwich was very good. Good portions and place is very clean with very good service.

We are Easter lunch there. It was a limited menu and reservation only. The salad bar was really good. All the menu items were prepared very well. Its a nice hometown restaurant.

Food was really good. Service was amazing. I was disappointed that they use instant mashed potatoes instead of home made. 😒

Variety on menu. Anytime breakfast, lunch or dinner. Good wait staff,clean wash rooms and easy on out. * Better, more efficient customer friendly parking is needed. 2 people for breakfast under $20 w/tip. SOLID EXPERIENCE

Very good food and drinks would definitely visit and recommend just look at that margarita those large things are fried mushrooms "huge"
