Pizza Hut

Terrible! Relieved wrong order. Was promised the right order would be sent out, then never received. Waited 2 hours to find out, by me calling, not them, that my order would not be coming. Tried to eat the wrong pizza we got but it was thin crust. Tasted like cardboard! Didn't even finish one slice each. I had to cook my family a dinner which is why I ordered pizza, so as not to have to cook. Horrible experience. Was told a manager would call me today but nothing so far!

TERRIBLE!!! Ruined my dinner! Ordered online for delivery. When received, it was the wrong order! We ordered a Big Dinner Box (not cheap) and instead received 4 thin crust pizzas. When I called the store the girl was very nice, apologized and said the right order would be sent out or she'd call me. We'll, after another hour and no delivery I called the store back. The same girl answered and said Door Dash never showed up (that's why they charged $4.50 for delivery, they don't have their own delivery). But no phone call letting us know, we won't be having dinner tonight! Yeah, we got 4 mistake pizzas but thin crust? I'd never order thin crust! It tastes like cardboard! I don't know what I'm going to do with these 4 pizzas. We had one slice and didn't want more! I'd better get a full refund + when the Mgr comes in tomorrow!!!

Stay away from Pizza Hut Cherry Hill. Ordered pizza at 710pm called the local number and customer service answered they said they would contact the store placed on hold for 20 minutes and no one came back on the phone. Called again and on hold and they hung up after 15 minutes. The app said that it was out for delivery at 745pm no delivery. The app said it would be here in 9 minutes then it said 15 minutes then 5 minutes etc. My wife went to store and they said they did not care go somewhere else. Rudd people stay away. Use Domino's much better service.

I placed the order with this place they wanted to charge me for a pizza a 2 l and 2 20 oz bottles. When the delivery driver delivered my food I received a pizza and that was it. I have tried calling multiple times and I keep getting the go round and being placed on hold and that's where it ends nobody ever answers back when I hang up and try calling back a second time third time fourth time and a fifth time I get told to please wait a second and then I get placed on hold once again.

They got the order wrong. Delivered to the wrong door. Did not deliver all items ordered, and when I called about the issue, the manager knew nothing. I even asked the address of the Pizza Hut just to ensure I was calling the right place since the manager sounded so clueless, and his response was “I don’t know the address.” Ridiculous! I will choose a different pizza restaurant next time! Pizza Hut has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Horrible store manager that is extremely rude and hangs up on customers when they won’t accept a partial refund when the food doesn’t get delivered. They charge you $4.99 for delivery when they just send it through doordash that is as horrible since they have drivers who don’t know how to deliver food to correct address

I placed an order at 1120 am. They took my order and payment. They said it would arrive in 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I call a few times and when I finally got through they say cherry hill location is closed until 4pm. She said she couldn't give me a refund and I just needed to wait until the store opened to ask for a refund. Meanwhile, they took my money and had no plans on delivering anything until the store opens after 4pm. Called corporate office and of course they don't answer the phone!! I can't believe they couldn't just tell me the store opened at 4pm when I placed my order.
