Pats Select Pizza Grill

This is a great place. Management is awesome and the food is really good. My daughter has celiac and they are very careful with their food items. She’s had their flatbread pizza and wraps and had no issues. The staff is very knowledgeable about what is gluten free and they remade her dinner when fries she couldn’t have were put in her to go box. Manager Bill could not have been more accommodating. It’s difficult to find places to eat with Celiac and this place is a winner. I just wish they had a dedicated fryer for their fries so she could enjoy them but there are plenty of options she can enjoy! We will be back often.

Pat’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I am sure I will not be ordering from them anymore. My boyfriend placed our order for a Tuscan Roasted Veggie sandwich and a buffalo chicken cheese steak at 7:07pm. When the order was delivered at 7:38 I quickly realized that they had sent some sort of turkey and avocado sandwich in place of my Veggie sandwich. My boyfriend immediately called up the store to rectify the situation. He explained the mix up to someone who put hold, then another person who put him on hold AGIN. And then finally talked to a third person. All three employees questioned us several Times about what the ticket on the bag said, as if we had made some Sort of ordering error. They also acted as if they needed to some how go And find the missing sandwich before rectifying the situation... all the while my frustration was mounting. After his third round of explaining what happened , he had to ask if they would Make us the sandwich WE ORDERED so we could Pick it up. Once we got to store,The manager asked how I was doing and I immediately expressed my concerns about feeling blamed and the fact that the other sandwich was getting cold. She said she couldn’t do anything for us because “the ticket had already been closed” -whatever that means. She tried to offer a percentage off my next order , but I told her I don’t know if or when I will be ordering again after this incident. I suggested making a new cheese steak since the one we received at 7:38 was at home getting cold. The manager reluctantly agreed and then asked if we had brought the cheesesteak back to make a trade.... which of course we didn’t, we only brought the wrong sandwich. We didn’t receive the new cheesesteak an until 8:20 which by that time ,my new Veggie Sandwich had gotten cold. All in all a very frustrating experience, will little to no compensation or consolation. **I also would like to note that there was no one eating in the restaurant at all.. so I can’t imagine how or why they made this mistake and took so long to fix it. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Just moved to the area and had been looking to give this place a try. Glad that I did. Ordered a cheesesteak (with grilled peppers and onions) and fries and was impressed. Both the quality of the food and portions given are great. Fries are seasoned and have good, crunchy texture. They're also large. Cheesesteak was great too. As good as they come!
