Same is good. I guess all subways are the same. but i like the lady who runs this one. and five bucks gets me full here. cold cut combo with everythign baby
Arriving at my local Subway JUST MOMENTS before the posted closing time Sunday evening, DAVE greeted my arrival with warmth and total courtesy.
During the day, with several employees on shift, that would not have been out of the ordinary.
HOWEVER, I have managed restaurants from fine dining to coffee shops AND I KNOW that CLOSING involves a rush of food preparation, security, facility cleaning and a myriad of tasks that are invisible to the outside public. You are multi-tasking like crazy, always thinking four steps ahead. The goal is to leave the restaurant to the morning staff the way YOU'D want to find it!!! Fully prepped, stocked, cleaned, and secure.
For DAVE to keep a GENUINE, WARM SMILE on his face - even though I walked in at the last minute - never rushing me, and making me feel like I'm truly HIS HIGHEST PRIORITY…
Dave is to be APPLAUDED for his kindness and SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! 👍👍👍👍

Subway in general needs to bring back roast beef. Also Subway I believe should follow state/CDC guidelines as well. One last thing, there's not many details on the Subway membership or account stuff, like is there a point system or what?
