Absolutely the best bakery around ! Excellent service and completely family owned ! Such an authentic bakery to walk into its like walking into grandmas kitchen it was so beautiful and welcoming . The quarter sheet cake id ordered is perfect and exactly what I’d hoped it’d be ! Ordered my sons cake from here last year so knew I had to order mine from here and am so happy that I did! Highly recommend Jackson’s bakery for any and all your sweet needs!

They need to let someone that is passionate about this business/bakery take over! I don't understand not doing a simple cake order the way someone orders it! Wanted "Burgundy Roses" all over the cake and I got brown circle swirls! Ugly Ugly Cake! Not the only time I have ordered and they don't want to do what you want. Not like I'm asking for a difficult design or something really hard, simple cake with ROSES ON THE TOP! Not circles- they call rosettes! I asked for roses all over and didn't care it would cost a little more! But still can't do what I asked. I let them know, they tell me well you can come get another cake they have there before they close! In 30 Minutes!! We are on way to dinner party! Really? With this 🤮 looking cake! Always seems to be a wall when ordering they don't want to do what is asked so why do cakes! It's totally sad!

After all the years that my family has loved this place yesterday we found the snotty owner/worker/opinionatist We order by phone 3boxes of 6cupcakes each and they were super good as usual. The problem came when my husband didn’t wear a mask. So he order 4 brownies also in person. Well in my opinion the owner put 2 wonderful fresh brownies and 2that were at least week old. We think it because he wasn’t in mask We spent quit a bit of money in this place that day 11/23/21. Not. Again.

I ordered a small 2 tier wedding cake from Jackson Bakery for my destination wedding in Chattanooga and it was perfect! Since I’m in Florida, I had to text pictures of the cake I wanted, I just wanted a small 2 tier cake. It was perfect and for a great price! I had my wedding on a Monday and wanted to pickup on Sunday the day before - they’re normally closed on Sundays but the owner arranged a private pickup for me on Sunday! Thank you for making my wedding day less stressful and being so accommodating. It was delicious even though I didn’t get to have much of it. I would definitely recommend Jackson Bakery to anyone!

NO ONE makes a cream horn as good as Jackson Bakery!! And NO ONE has ever loved them as much as my precious mother!! The day she died I bought a dozen in her honor and took them to my office to share with my coworkers who had prayed with me and been my support on days I didn’t think I could go on. Four weeks ago I pulled in to celebrate my retirement!! Three weeks ago, my sister bought a new car… and yes, we went to get cream horns from Jackson’s. Friday I plan on getting a few to cheer up a dear friend who needs to smile! And also one for my dear friend who I’ll be meeting later that afternoon for pedicures and dinner. Guess I’m trying to say my cure all and celebrate all is Jackson’s cream horns!!!
