Pizza Hut

This place needs a makeover. Went in one week sat down waited 45 min for nothing, they forgot to out my order in. Had to go to work hungry. Gave them another chance the following week, believe it or not the same thing. It was a night off so I waited anyway finally it came out. It was good but the service was lackluster. In the back everything seemed chaotic wit a lack of communication. My total time there was 2 hours just for pizza and cheese garlic bread which by the way came out with no cheese. Go figure. The sad thing is is that I love pizza hut and always have since I was a kid I hate to see them go under. That building on signal Mountain road is in awful condition with moldy ceilings. Probably not safe for anyone. The upper management needs to get their act toghter before that place is run in the ground. Good luck pizza hut . Oh yea bring your umbrella if you eat inside if its raining because their ceiling leaks.

I go here at least 3 times a week, if not more. When Liz is working service is amazing. However, today I had to call 10+ times and no one would answer the phone. Finally after pressing option one to say I was picking up a curbside order some one answered. She was extremely rude and made it obvious that she doesn't care about her customers or their experiences with this business. Luckily there is a Domino's right around the corner. From now on they will definitely be getting my business over Pizza Hut.

I ordered delivery through the pizza hut website and it was delivered by a door dash driver who didnt know how apartment numbers work. They left it at the wrong apartment, then when I called to ask if they left it at the wrong apartment he claimed I was lying, insinuating I was trying to cheat them. I had to argue with both the driver and the pizza hut about getting a refund. I got a refund for the food only and not the tip I gave to the door dash driver who didn't deliver my food. I honestly will never order from here again, using 3rd party delivery is an awful idea

I ordered from this restaurant directly through Pizzahut.com. My order was delivered by a DoorDash driver. The tip that I entered into Pizzahut.com was removed by the restaurant and not given to the driver. I only found out about this after receiving an angry text from the DoorDash driver about how I didn't leave him a tip. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to use a third party delivery service and not provide those drivers the tip requested and authorized by the customer.
