Burger King

If I were the owner, when I walked into the building, I would have fired the front line staff. Service horrible. Cleanliness horrible. I asked that they make everything fresh, didn't get it. I was charged $0.20 for extra pickle and they were all stacked on top of each other. Absolutely the last time that I will eat food from a Burger King. I walked out wishing I could un-eat that meal.

Order was wrong 5 out of 6 times in the past couple of months. Even after I went over it with them several times. The burgers are half way hanging off the bun, cheese all on the wrapper and no mayo or anything. Order it plain and they put everything on it... Well mostly inside the wrapper. Even got it with the bun together and the meat and condiments on top of both buns.

I doordash and I’ve never left a complaint about a business. The merchant, meaning Burger King requested a delivery for $5.50. Ive now been in line waiting to pick it up for almost 45mins. You should turn your tablet off if you cannot fill orders and allow them to be picked up in a timely fashion. By the time I’m done with this order I’ll have wasted about an hour, plus gas, for $5.50. Unacceptable on burger kings part. If we decline the order, or drop it after it’s been accepted, our acceptance/completion rate goes down. Turn your tablet off, or allow deliveries to be picked up from the lobby.

I stopped in to get some lunch and the lobby was locked. As a truck driver I had no other option but to walk around to the drive thru. The guy at the window said he couldn’t serve me until there was no cars in the drive thru. With the steady flow of cars coming thru it would never be “clear”. You won’t have to worry about me ever stopping here again. I’ll gladly walk across the street to Ricko’s.
