I wish I could leave a no star review!! It cost me $30 for 2 burgers and some nuggets. The absolute most horrid experience I have ever experienced in my life!! All the employees but one were outside smoking with their pants around their ankles. Payed absolutely no attention to the fact that I was there with my children! They were sold out of fries and apparently everything else and instead of substituting they charged me full price for combos and gave me 6 items!!! No one will contact you back from corporate complaint line. I and my family will NEVER visit another Wendy’s as long as I live.. I can promise that.

Order off app and was the worst. App itself is a whole nother issue but the store had hardly no food, and instead of refunding my entire order. They told the delivery driver they would just "make whatever they had regardless what was ordered". Noone will answer a phone there, and if the rare chance that someone does answer the phone come around, they are rude and unprofessional. Will not order from here and advise all to stay away.

Great food! They have great signature burgers. But they also have quite a diverse selection of salads as well. Some very healthy, all very tasty. And not too expensive! And who doesn't love Wendy's Frosty? Visible cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. But their health department report card was above average so no issue there!

When I ordered off of grubhub this store waited till my driver got there to tell her that they were out of nuggets and fries and so we said to just send our drinks, which were Sprite and Lemonade. After our driver left she said that they also did not have any chocolate frostys. When our driver got here we were giving 2 cokes, 2 small fries, 2 vanilla frostys and a chicken sandwich. When I called to tell the store this they left me on the phone for nearly 12 minutes and ignored me.

Waited in drive through several minutes before cashier came through intercom saying they were closed. It was 8:20pm. Never known a wendy's to close so early ever. The guy working the window was handing food and other items to a man on a bicycle in front of us so if they were closed it didn't appear so. Also could see two workers playing on there phones in the dining area sitting on the tables.

I'm at the point of just not wanting to eat at any Wendy's. The people at this location aren't great, there's always a long wait, and I NEVER get the right order. If I wasn't famished, I'd have skipped this place. Lesson learned.

Every single time I go to this Wendy's, the lights are on, signs lit bright....yet they either don't answer the intercom or they say their systems are down. I live not far from here, therefore we WOULD be a pretty regular customer, but they truly are the laziest, most unwilling to do their job employees I've ever seen.

I stopped today on my way to work I waited 20 minutes before the lady said anything to me on the speaker when she did finally respond I could barely hear her because I think the speaker is broken. I waited another 15 minutes on my food which was a total of 35 minutes putting me 5 minutes late for work if this was fast food I would hate to see slow food.
