Pizza Hut

I am very disappointed in the food I received over the weekend. I placed an order at 2:59p and got it at 3:10p. I was shocked. Speedy deliverance but this what came with it.... The pizza was overly cooked, the pasta was half way done and the cinnamon rolls were doughy to where I had to recook them along with the pasta. It’s not the establishment it’s the workers. I live in E Brainerd. I use to get delivery from E Brainerd location but I received service from this location. Honestly, it was expected but I highly don’t recommend this location.

The past few times we've ordered delivery have been a bad experience. The first time they charged our card twice (different prices too) off the app blamed the app stating they gave us a refund but had to call a few times to get the right payment to our card and the right one refunded (why they were different who knows bc they didn't). This last time which was just tonight I called after 30 minutes of waiting for the delivery driver after the text was received that it was on its way. I called to make sure the driver was okay and the guy who answered the phone just seems very uncaring and rude, didnt apologize or anything. My pizza came ice cold, bread sticks where cold and kinda hard. Not even a place on the app to leave the review letting them know and for the wait I should've received a courtesy call at the very least letting me know my pizza would be an 30 minutes late.. This is in no way against the delivery driver she was very nice and obviously over worked and under appreciated. Not ordering at pizza hut anymore.

I just don't know what to say about this location all I can do is shake my head. I only came back here because my last order was not right and I didn't want to wait so I was given a $10 credit for this location . I have been in retail management for over 20yrs and the service I received from this location today March 13, 2018 at 6:20 pm was out right disgusting. I had originally called in I was immediately placed on hold and after a very lengthy wait the young man that answered the phone was beyond rude I literally had to hang up the phone. I went inside to see if I could obtain better service I had to wait 10 minutes to see the manager as he was making pizzas while the other employees stood around and tweetled their thumps. Finally after I spoke with the manager about what happen he was very apologetic and I was gonna be sympathetic however I was so embarrassed to be waiting on my food inside the lobby because of the obscene language being used by the employees I felt even worse for the manager because even after he scolded them it just continued. I was sick to my stomach I really didn't even wait the food afterwards but just to get away I took it and left. I usually don't make reviews but this needed to be written. Customer service and the environment that is presented to a customer can make all the difference on an establishment. Nothing has changed here as it is the same presentation that I received all those years ago that I stopped going to Pizza Hut... And now again will be the reason I don't return. PIZZA HUT please get it together you are genuinely giving a disservice to the Pizza industry ....

Order wasn't made rite. Pizza wasn't good at all. Then they mess up the wings. It was a carrier out to top it off. it was heavy rain out . By the time I got home to look a my pizza I was like 🗣️oMG it's not rite.. didn't want to go back out in the rain. So I just trash it.. I hate pizza hut... Now.. some way to welcome me to the town. Moved from Florida to Tennessee..

This location has really gone downhill. Food arrives cold, burnt and completely nasty all around. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since this is my closest location. But some places just are not worth it anymore. I called them over 6 times re my order and they never answered the phone so I took that L. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
