Mcdonald's

They always forget to put the Barbecue sauce in my daughter's happy meals. Been forgetting since 2019. On all delivery apps they have opted out of special instructions that would allow me to politely ask them to remember her sauce. It's hard enough to get my 5 year old daughter to eat and after I have to pay $14+ to get a $6 happy meal to my home I then have to plead with her to eat without her sauce. Then McDonald's send me a complimentary meal card I cannot use on a delivery app. I don't drive so they might as well have slapped me in the face. I feel dismissed and insulted and neither McDonald's nor DoorDash has any intent to compensate me for 2 years of their mistakes. Don't order anything from delivery apps. If you're not going to the store just don't order here. If you do go to the store always check your meals before you leave. Most likely something hasn't been done correctly or items you ordered are probably missing. Buyer beware!

Spent a little over 30 minutes in drive-thru just for 3 happy meals. There were only three cars ahead of me but I let that slide. The problem is that I waited at the window for the food and there was 3 or people inside standing there and talking and they didn't acknowledge me for 10 WHOLE MINUTES and I saw the food sitting at the window. The ONLY reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they actually got the order right unlike the last few times

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too! The customer service is lacking! We waited in line for 20 minutes from order time til we received our food. The our fries were cold and we asked for a manager and instead the manager instructed the employee to give fresh fries. Also the girl at the window didn't even greet us. She stood with her back to us and at one point put some food into her mouth. We left and then realized that one sandwich was missing so we went back. I went in and stood at the counter for service. The young man just stood there staring at me. I asked if he was waiting for me or serving someone else. He said you. I then preceeded to tell him about the sandwich. He goes to this same manager and she says oh yeah and puts the sandwich in a bag. He hands it to me without saying a word. I will never visit this location ever again!

I would give no stars if I could. The service was terrible or should I say lack of. First I’m told I have to use the kiosk which I refuse to use do to sanitary keep of them is disgusting and not done also I was paying with cash. After the manager asked if I was paying with cash she told I had to either use the kiosk or not order because her head hurt. I will be posting this on many social media sites in hope that the representatives of McDonald’s will start looking at their staff and start stepping up their business. I will recommend no one eats at this location again

DoorDash waited an hour and 40 minutes for food and when they were finally given the order it was I C E cold!!!! Like it literally came from a refrigerator. Called back 3 times and asked for a manager, shift lead, a professional or anyone with common sense and was told to “call back da marra” click! I’d rather eat a Jean jacket then patronize this hell whole again.
