Wow just wow! No hi welcome to tropical smoothie, no hello, no what can we make for you today, just sass with an are you ready? No smiles on any of the three girls that were working. Where’s the positivity and excitement? The warm welcome for customers that are paying that keeps you to have a job and tips.. It was bad enough for me as I watched a younger boy take his date here. What an awful date when your surrounded by sad and miserable employees. Some rules for better customer service. SMILE! GREET CUSTOMER! THANK THEM! It’s not that hard.. but because these girls can’t do that, and there manager obviously doesn’t care about their guests and the environment they’re in. That alone makes it so I won’t be back..

Had been traveling and decided to stop in to get all 3 of us smoothies. Only one person was ahead of us in line, 4 people behind the counter, yet it took a while to get our smoothies. All 3 of our smoothies were done at separate times, so we had to all wait for each of us to get our drinks. Also they used brown banana in one of our drinks, which is unacceptable, but we didn't want to wait any longer as we needed to get back on the road. Once we got to the car, 2 of the smoothies had already turned mostly into liquids. We've gotten smoothies in Fl on hotter days and never had this issue. Not sure what happened here, but we won't stop again when we're in town.

I would like to give a shoutout to the girl @ Tropical smooth Cafe in Chattanooga, TN. It is just off of Interstate 75 @ Shallowford Road down towards Gunbarrel Road in in strip mall two your left passed Mellow Mushroom Pizza. I had forgotten to eat breakfast this morning in my rushing around and was getting alittle hungry. So I was looking for something lite but quick to recharge as I was driving to a meeting. I did a quick search of what is in the area and found this gem. (Excellent choice I might add) I drove in the parking lot to have pouring rain 🌧 coming down but I made a mad dash to the front door. As I walked in shaking my head from the raindrops my eyes 👀 lite up to warm bright lighting with very colorful appetizing looking pictures of smoothes, pictures and food options. I was warmly welcomed by this cute girl pictured I don't know her name but she made my experience special at this location. She insisted I have the best peanut paradise smoothie with chickpeas for protein. I was pretty surprised that I had three protein powder options to choose from at this location/business. They are Whey, Soy, and Chickpea. Who knew that businesses are looking for more healthy food options like this. After scanning the menu and asking questions I decided to try the peanut butter 🥜 paradise. 😋 Let me tell you it was exactly what I was looking for and I love peanut butter too. The ingredients were great and blended up to perfection. As I was leaving in my car enjoying this peanut butter goodness I was thinking who was that masked girl that made this masterpiece? So this review is for you whoever you are and excellent job you are a great representation of this location/business. I highly recommend this location and tell them I sent you. Find out her name too while your at it. 🙃 Cheers 🍻

Ordered a salad through doordash and when Is it arrived, the bag was sealed, appropriately, but the whole point of having a thai chicken salad is The peanut dressing. There was no dressing. I called the restaurant and immediately the girl got very defensive telling me that it's not her responsibility and that all transactions need to be taken up through doordash. I explained to her that I didn't want my money back, I just wanted her to be aware that there was no dressing. Once again, she was rude rude rude!
