Asked for a REGULAR Red Bull with ice, NOT the strawberry apricot. And they had the audacity to give me the CAN of strawberry red bull with no ice which I did not even ask for, but they gave me just the can. And told me "We don't do those anymore." Like WHAT? It's literally on your Menu, what do you mean?... They then gave me another can of red bull that was actually plain. So. I have to order a cup of ice just to MAKE MY OWN DRINK. That makes zero sense why would I go somewhere for a CAN of red bull I could just go to a gas station for, they then tried to say "I asked you what you wanted and you didn't ask for that." I told them yes I did. I told you 3 times that I wanted ONE Strawberry apricot SLUSH (which they made just fine) and ONE REGULAR Red Bull with Ice. Multiple times I explained that, it's not hard. I've never had this happen to me at a Sonic, y'all need to hire people that actually listen. Trying to say that they can't put a regular red bull inside a cup of ice, but yet they can do that with the Summer strawberry apricot one. In the picture I had to make my own drink. I had to poor the 2 cans of red bull into the same cup myself... Just nonsense and pure laziness. I paid you to make me a drink yet I have to make my own drink, that basically ruined my entire day by wasting my time and money and in the end, I STILL didn't get what I asked for... Can't even enjoy the simplest thing like enjoying a drink I wanted, but no that's ruined too.

This sonic has disappointed me yet again this year. I always love eating at Sonic. I have frequented the one in East Ridge since I was a kid. For the past 6 months my burgers have been burned more times than they were edible. Tonight we ordered two different burgers. The meat was burned on both, and my bun was also burned pretty bad. It makes me not want to come here anymore. The only time I’ve had good service was when they had all the managers come in from the region for training. That day was excellent. Every other time has been a huge disappointment.

We went to sonic last night around 930pm and being that they were one of the few places open, they were PACKED! so we waited a while for our food. But can't even complain because EVERYTHING was made perfectly as ordered and hot and fresh. I only saw one car hop the entire time we were there and she was fantastic! Nice and friendly and a hard and dedicated worker. Thank you for a great visit

I love sonic but this store was a disappointment. We ordered a burger with fries and the fries were cold.
I ordered popcorn chicken with tots and they chicken was just crisps no chicken which were cold as well at the tots.
We got three shakes two strawberry and a Oreo cheesecake blast.
The two strawberry shakes were good but the Oreo cheesecake blast but just ice cream with a pinch of Oreo with whipped cream and graham cracker on top. There was no cheesecake and hardly any Oreo..

Sonic is my go to place to grab a quick bite or fountain drink. I use their app and love all the great deals they offer. It is so quick to order on the app, pay on it and drive up and check in. This makes getting your order fast and very convenient.

I am not one to write negative reviews, however I just waited for over 30 minutes on a mobile order placed 50 minutes before for only 2 medium slushes. I understand short staffing, as I work in the food industry and have for a long time. However, when we checked into our stall, the drive thru was moving. Over 20 cars, most who were not there when we arrived, came and left as we were waiting. 10 minutes before leaving, we pressed the red button to hopefully get some sort of recognition that we were there. Shortly after talking to the employee, it said someone was on their way with our order, and they never showed up. We left without our drinks.

I would have scored less but the young lady that brought my order out let me check it and fixed the mistake. I thank her! The girl that takes the orders just can’t pay attention long enough to do her job! This is twice now…she gets one more chance…then I won’t be back! I realize I’m only one customer but…she will drive away more!

I have worked fast food in the past. I understand how stressful it can be TRUST ME! But there is absolutely no sense in having the worst attitude especially when not even given a reason to by the costumer!! I swear no matter how nice or understanding we were this person was not!! I have never experienced such awful customer service!! I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to!
