Plaza Del Sol

Everyone has a favorite Mexican restaurant and this is mine in Chattanooga. The food is always fresh and hot and served with a smile by the staff. The prices are great and it appears to be ran by a local family which I like too. I even used them once for carry out for a larger group at Christmas. Yes we had Mexican over the holiday and it as great. I am very happy to have such a good Mexican restaurant in the area that isn't a chain. Thanks Plaze Del Sol !! Also if you get carry out here they do a great job of boxing everything up so it stays hot and sometimes they give you a little extra of something.

Me and my wife eat here at least once a week so we know what we get amounts we get I orders two full orders and I swear it looked like they split a order on two plates and charged us 48 bucks either there cutting back on portions? But either way the food we received wasn't worth the price ! Called to ask to speak to a manager and was told I had her on the line to be later told that she'd pass it on

We came today for lunch looking for a New Mexican in Chattanooga near Hamilton Place mall. Things I judge Mexican Restaurants on: 1) Salsa- Excellent 2) Chips -Loved the chips! So good! 3) Guacamole- Okay- could use some more flavor, but it was nice and chunky, the way I like it! 4) Service- Needs to get a bit faster but we were there during the lunch brunch. Huge food portions and good food!

First time being there! We were looking for a quick lunch spot in between shifts at work! They were a bit busy but Molly took excellent care of us, all things considered! The food took far longer to come out than we anticipated, which is why I am unlikely to go there for lunch again. I could see it being a wonderful dinner spot though!
