Choo Choo Barbque

First off, I love Choo Choo BBQ. Everything I have ordered in the past has been quality. But, today I ordered Brunswick Stew for the first time and it was quite disappointing. It was very greasy, overly sweet, and unlike any Brunswick Stew I have ever eaten before. Threw almost all of it away. Hopefully this was an anomaly.

I love this place. I usually eat here 2-3 times a month. My only complaint is the amount of sauce they put on their dishes. Specifically the Killer Potatoes. They never put enough sauce. I know, silly complaint, just order some extra sauce, right? WRONG! If you have the audacity to order a side of sauce, they will put PLENTY of sauce on the dish, then give you the cup on the side, which I don’t even really need now because they finally put a reasonable amount. I’ve tested this several, several times and it almost never fails. It’s not a big deal, I just find it super annoying. Fantastic food though!!

Order was not correct. Ordered through Door Dash only to find out when it got to my door that the order was wrong. I ordered a chicken platter with baked beans and green beans, and got no green beans but okra instead. Ordered a side salad with no cheese and got some lettuce with shredded cheese and no dressing. Not worth the $37 we spent…very disappointing.

Well the pork killer potatoes tasted good,.We ordered 3 from East Brainerd store. Afterwards my husband had indigestion , then I was up all night with diarrhea 🤢The only thing I noticed was part of the potato had black places near skin that I thought I got out.We had okra too. So disappointed, now I'm afraid to eat there again. Luckily I felt better the next day because I had to watch my grandson.
