Sweet Frog Chattanooga

I walked in to the store, the workers had no hospitality at all. They were rude and didn’t care about serving anyone. The whole place was a mess. The machines were so incredibly dirty, and looked like they hadn’t be cleaned in days. The topping area was also so gross. The toppings looked as though they had been mixed together. They weren’t separated. I sat down and my table was filthy. I will not pay money to be treated the way that I was. I do not recommend anyone ever to go to this place.

We just had a horrible experience here. We bought four cups of froyo. The total was $18.45. The cashier told me total was $22 something. I asked why. She said it was tax. So I asked the tax rate because that didn’t make sense. She then said oops- it’s 21 something and that was an accident. I asked her the tax rate. She then said “well there is a 1.00 licking fee.” What? She said my son took one lick of his before she put the toppings on. That was not posted anywhere. I asked for manager. No manager there. I asked her to get manager on phone and she wouldn’t. I asked for her name and she said her manager told her not to tell anyone their names. What? Do not support this so called Christian business.

Won't Be Back!! My husband and I use to come here all the time, years ago, when it first opened. Everything was delicious and fresh with natural flavors. Friendly staff. It has been a few years since we have been here and today we had a sweet craving and decided to stop in for that good frozen yogurt we remembered. NOW...well, the only good thing is the staff is still friendly. The "frozen yogurt" was watery and did not taste anything like frozen yogurt. The flavors were 100% artificial tasting. My cheese cake topping was like chewing on rubber. The peanut butter flavor tasted like it was made from old, stale peanut butter. Way over priced for the quality. We paid $14 for 2 small cups with 1 topping each. We were disappointed in how much this place has went down hill.
