It’s a really nice Starbucks in terms of the design and the staff working there. The biggest downside is the prices, which are excessive and much higher than other Starbuckses in the area (and even your regular Starbucks isn’t cheap). Convenient location but the bill always stings.

i was served in here last week fairly early in the morning. service was good. place was clean and well stocked i was greeted by a smiling young man who told me his name was James i havent seen him there before. he was chatty friendly and helpful.

I’m very happy the guy working at the Chatham station at 9.17 with dark hair was really nice took my order and made my drink so quickly that I didn’t even have time to think the coffee was great and there wasn’t too much ice which I’m very happy with

I had the pleasure of being served by Emily today with Sophie around. The pair were funny and kind and respectful.
I often struggle to get syrup in my coffee because this company usually overdoes it. This time it was spot on. I asked for a waft of caramel in my oat latte and they delivered.
