Ordered from here a few times and it’s been a solid Chinese before, but I ordered the bao bun with duck - there was literally 4 pieces of tiny duck? The bun was like it hadn’t even been steamed/cooked and the sauce was so off. Disappointed considering it was £6.50 just for that.
Food arrived late with no information or update from the restaurant. The food lukewarm and slightly tasteless. Not the best not the worst.

Finally found a place to be loyal to! Tried a lot of different Chinese places, I always get salt and chilli chicken which you think would be easy but no place got it right. Until I ordered from here, the delivery was so fast as well. Prices are fair too.

I've tried at least 5 Chinese takeaways in the Medway area and this is the one I go back to. Always good quality Chinese. Never disappointed. No seaweed though! Please add it to the menu Bill's Kitchen.
Food did not arrive, 1.5 hours late I checked and they claimed they had rung - I have had the same mobile for 15 years, no call from anyone since yesterday - then they said they had knocked - I have been sat here for the last 2 hours. Complete liars. Would ‘try to find us’ if we wanted to wait another hour. AVOID
