Tasty food, not too long to wait for it on a Saturday evening. The online queuing system for a table worked well and it didn't take long for us to get a table. The only issue was that the aircon was a bit too cold upstairs.

Was very busy and rowdy with loads of people. Was told we had to wait up to 20 mins before a table became available which is understandable as it is the only one of it's kind in the area

Food was amazing but this post is more aimed at the man Craig I have never met someone whose made me feel as comfortable as this man his customer service was exceptional and couldn’t offer any more help he also helped with warming my new Borns bottle up I’m not from this area but his customer service genuinely would be enough to make me go back this man is a asset to your company

The food was okay, so to be more specific the chicken was quite dry and the only place that the sauce was found was on the top where the skin of the chicken was. Some people like that but I personally don’t so I took of the skin and the chicken basically had even less taste then before apart from chicken taste there was no other basically. The peri-salted fries is amazing and extremely tasty, really enjoyed eating that. The service they provided us was lovely, they sat us at a nice table which was surprising to us because we came as a two but they sat us at the table which can have 4-6 people but anyways we loved the place we got to sit at. The desserts were very tasty, salted caramel brownie and a caramel cheesecake were very lovely. The prices in my opinion are not expensive and average for a place like this.

Came in to look for my purse today which had my ID and bank card, the workers were really nice in trying to look for it and asked the manager if he had seen it. Martin, I think his name was, had kept it in the back for me luckily ◡̈ absolute live saver! And the foods always great whenever I go x
