This is the best local creams in my opinion. Its a lot cleaner compared to the others in Medway and the staff are very friendly here. The food is also much better quality and tastes great and always comes out fresh and hot.

I am regular to Creams, and enjoy this place, especially sitting outside. I enjoy the delicious cookie dough and have tried the other flavored ice creams and sorbets. Thank you guys keep up the good work and looking forward to tying out the bubble tea soon :)

Sometime ago Creams used to make banana splits but it has not been on their menu in ages. Today Jack served us and what a friendly and helpful guy he was. Having established he had been there for 6 years we knew he would know how to make them and he did. Wow, the best banana splits ever, with all the old ingredients included. Not for a moment did he hesitate about re creating our old favourite and what fantastic job he did. Service was amazing. All credit to Jack for making our day!

Was great food here, really enjoyed it. But shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes from the time my partner got her dessert till the time I received mine! As you can see from the second picture that my partner nearly finished hers and the ice-cream was melted before I even received mine. It was at 19:30pm so not like it was busy.

It was very busy today as it was hot. The desserts were great but I've knocked off a star because the waffle came first but the sundaes took another 15 minutes to arrive. I don't mind waiting but ideally it should all turn up around the same time when they do finally arrive
