Worst tim hortons ever. Poor service. Worst experience third time in a row, hoping to see a change but seems impossible 👎🏻

I entered the store hungry. I used the restroom first. It was nasty, great hand dryer though. I asked for a ham sandwich with the New sauce. Employee repeated back to me mayo, I said no the new sauce, she finally said honey mustard after frantically looking for it on the screen. I got my sandwich all muddled together with sauce oozing everywhere. They are so caught up in speed its sloppy. There seems to be no product knowledge. They have no concept of the customer experience. So sad, this used to be my favorite stop.

Early morning coffee usually very good and you've really stepped up your game on the old fashion plain. Very good the way your doing them now.
Kind of crispy on the outside and nice and fresh inside. I really like them.

Today I visit here with my baby to buy a coffee and to use wash room. but one of the employees name starting J behaving in a rude way. I feel very bad. It’s like a racism.please be nice to customers.

Slow service often, more of a staffing issue I'm assuming though (not enough on shift alot of time it seems like )
The food is always stocked and prepared well.
