Starbucks

Rachel was wonderful. I was visiting from out of town and she made me feel welcome while my car was getting worked on. I bought 2 mocha frappes and she nailed them as in perfect mix. Wonderful person = wonderful employee! Give her a raise!!!! I also saw some negative reviews from people who HAD NEVER BEEN INSIDE. So, I reported the 2 gentlemen who had not actually been inside and gave low ratings not based in customer service, taste of product, znd lastly...they called people never met Marxists/communists. Solid 5 stars for me. My mask broke and they even got me a fresh one. Customer service is like the "old times". Just wear a mask, and NOBODY SPAMMED MY PHONE. So I think that person left his wifi on and did not set up a spam blocker, or just allowed notifications. Its not Starbucks fault, it was the "reviewer" who never went inside and sat down for a spell. Like I said; I reported both of the reviewers that did not enter the business and therefore had no valid review of this branch.

Really disappointed in the way I was treated here. Tried to give me change for 10 instead of 20, messed up recording my order from starring at my holy ash forehead. Starring is fine as long as you get my order and change right. Then I watched 15+ plus drinks ordered after me get made after mine was made 3/4 of the way. When given to me it was completely wrong which I said when called. They brushed me off like my order didn't matter. I've done this kind of work. Focus, ask for help from a coworker. Better management might help. MIGHT!

I mean HELLO! Its STARBUCKS! Obviously the best coffee ever made! My favorite has to be the Iced Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot of expresso! The whip cream and caramel drizzle on top make it such a yummy treat! Tasty snacks available too...chocolate croissant or a savory sandwich gets me through the afternoon slump!
